Navy aviation units to undergo safety pause which includes training after 2 aircraft crashes

Ospreys are known to be high risk aircraft but maybe pilots stroked out, known vx side effects, just sayin, bit much in one month?

Military needs to realize that safety comes first, especially with aircraft. These machines could kill you quick if the pilots aren't sure of what they are doing, or didn't get enough rest.
