Good update - just some improvements could be used in the future. Having a trigger besides a new page or edit would be very useful, such as "if date property is >x days old".

Why wasn’t this possible before, just have a database item called done and it will show all pages that have it selected?
what do you mean "link every task"? i could see the use for moving the tasks, but not so much linking..i must be missing context. for example, once a task is marked done, the task will be moved to a separate db. so you'll have one db for active/upcoming tasks, and another db dedicated to archiving completed tasks. the main purpose being all your archived tasks, which you rarely interact with, are slowing down the loading speed of your db. whereas if you move them else where, you can still reference them when needed, and your active db will be much snapper (i presume..particularly with notion's memory hog of an app)

Impressive! But I missed being able to update the "name" field automatically, that is, actually adding that page directly to another database, and not creating another page with a generic name.
But it won't trigger the automation if the trigger condition is already present before setting up the automation like in the video?

If I create a new task within a project, is it possible to have certain properties within that task (like priority, area, goal, etc) auto populate to reflect those properties that are in the parent project? Similarly, is it possible to have this task auto relate itself to the parent project?

I would like to request a feature I’m missing a lot 😢 I would like to be able to use template words / auto naming like {{month}} (referring to the month the page was created or dynamic namings like PAYMENTS {{page property = property name}} so it will add directly the word from property to the title of another page
How can I move a task under a group to a new group if status changes?
I want to create a page in database A, and also create a page with the same name and content in database B. How do I implement it? Please tell me the method in the comments section
I have been trying to discover this as well. I was hoping automations would make Zapier not needed but it did not.

You know what you can't do? SET AN AUTOMATION THAT SENDS A PAGE FROM ONE DATABASE TO ANOTHER. FIX IT. WHAT AM I PAYING 10 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR IF THIS BASIC FEATURE IS NOT POSSIBLE ON SUCH A SMARTSY SOFTWARE.
