    Great video. Just picked up the SM160 for our bbq kitchen in London, England. Interesting to see where it was made

      Great place! If we worked there our stomachs would be growling all the time because of the hint of smoke in the air.

    I bought a small smoker 20 years ago and I love the smoke flavor it produces. I also bought a pellet smoker from Trager 6 years ago and I was never happy with the smoke flavor it produced in the food, I finally gave it away because I was so unhappy with it. I'll never buy another pellet smoker they just don't put enough smoke flavor in the meats. Cookshack makes a great product.

    Have A model 150RC built in 1999. Smoked some pork tenderloin on it today. Still works great, can not find A better smoker.
