Mai 30 saal ka hu. Puri zindagi me sab Mila ke mushkil se 7 se 8 mahina gym kiya hoga. Wo bhi 12th ke baad bas first semester, then 5th semester fir bilkul band. Fir 29 saal ka hone ke baad bas 3 mahina. Bas. Aaj 30 saal ka hu lekin fir bhi meri body muscular hai. Mai bhi bahut burger, kachori, cold drink, momos, rolls kahata hu. Lekin mai ab bhi muscular hu.
