i recovered myself a ups battery like that...and has allot of amps...i putted in shortcircuit and the cable was getting hot ....it was nice to do a juice test ! maybe in the future ...allot of batteries are good voltage but low amps...
I have the same APC Back C-1100 Bx UPS bought in 2021. Now, the battery back-up has gone down considerably. The UPS has two 12V 7Ah Lead Acid Batteries. So I decided to replace the Lead Acid batteries with two 12v 7.8Ah Lithium Ion Batteries and when connected with a load of one laptop with one LED Monitor, with the new Lithium Ion Batteries, the UPS simply shuts down even when the AC power supply is connected. Why this happens? At the same time, when I reconnected the old batteries, it works fine. Why is it so? If it is due to the fact that this APC 1100 UPS does not support Lithium Ion Batteries? The Lithium Ion Batteries are new. Should I get the Lithium Ion Batteries replaced? I do not understand why this happens. If the UPS supports only Lead Acid Batteries? Or if I want to use the new Lithium Ion Batteries, what should be done?

Ryzen 5 7600x will consume about 95w, rtx 4060 maximum power is rated at 115w, and with all other components and monitor, your pc may draw about 300w or 350w max (650w psu doesn't mean your pc will consume 650w, it only means that your psu can deliver up to 650w of power) This ups is 24v 7ah which means 168wh (168 watt for one hour or 16.8 watt for 10 hours) theoretically. But due to power efficiency factor (apc claims around 92%) and lead acid battery limitations (60%) this number cannot be achieved and in short, with your system, it may offer around 15 minutes back up time

Update. After Doing This Process The Battery Was Able Lasts About 1.5 More Years, Then They Go Bad And I Replaced Them With A New Set Of Batteries

Lead acid and lithium batteries have two very different charging voltage and current requirement. You can google it.

it worked for me but the water was coming out, so just need to keep it open while battery is charging like overnight or so.
