Are you forgetting this life is a test? This world is meant to be temporary, no matter what happens in it, no matter how cruel, how deadly, is all temporary and a test, the real life is after you die which will then be for eternity, so why does the world have to be nice if it's not heaven? All that suffered in it will be rewarded in the hereafter, it's as simple as that, those that get killed or treated unjustly will be rewarded, in the permanent life that comes after death, so why does the world have to be perfect for everyone? Dr Zakir Naik definitely answered his question appropriately, why we are in this world is to experience the decisions we made that will take us to heaven or hell, in islam we are told before we are created Allah asked each and everyone of us if we wanted to be tested and we agreed to it, it was our choice, but that memory has been wiped out from us, its when we die that we will all remember. We are also told in the Quran that those that suffered most in this world once they are placed in the water of heaven oland askes if they remembered the suffering they went through on earth, they will say they have forgotten all the suffering because of the pleasure and bliss they will experience in heaven
allah creates what he wills, we can't say he didn't create any perfect reality previously or won't create after destroying us. We only know, what he want us to know. Allah clearly mentioned in quran that this world is illusion and when you pass this test, you can go to that perfect world you want. In short: earth is not heaven. All the pleasure or pain you get in this world is meaningless (and is not eternal) while you are alive.
Think about the question. It assumes violence is always a bad thing, a libertarian philosophy which originated in Europe. Wonder why people think that is their own thoughts
