Well, good thing we never have to be afraid of this happening. The Nordics are getting closer and closer every year, even all our airforces are now operating as one airforce.
reservist is quite literally what you are in norway after you finish your conscription until the age of 44 so i guess the people doing research for the video, were caught lacking. quick math would make it around 350 000 reservists in norway( on the basis that 8000 people complete their conspription duration every year, in the past this number was higher)

It’s always in such videos listet that Norway has 0 reserve personell. That is simply wrong. Norway har mandatory conspription and every man/woman who has served in the past 20-25 years is per definition a reserve personell that could be called up in a potential conflict.
And Heimeværnet. Guess they just put in 0, because the number is very varried. But in a invasion, both Norway and Finlands main population would in most cases pick up weapons and fight for their home. I deffo would, even though I did not serve in the military for reasons.
There is a difference between Conscription and Reserve. I'm from Israel, and we have hundreds of thousands of Reservists. But we have millions of people who served as conscripts.
