Before I started watching your videos, i had no idea what to do with the half tiles, it turns out they meant to be used as splash backs, so thankyou for enlighting me to the fact,
You need to create the doorway with building the walls, leaving 3 blocks for the smaller doors and 4 for the normal size doors, once you have the doorway made go to the the door category in the store/tablet and pick the door you want then place it in the gap you made. Hope this helps!

As far as I know you can use any door, the exterior doors sort of snap onto a wall but any other door you can just place in the gap you create with the building walls.
It's part of the pets DLC I think, if you have it then complete the map jobs until you come to this house and complete it then you should be able to buy the house.
For some reason at 16:31 when you're doing the 3rd floor corridor the ceiling above the stairs is slightly raised from the rest of the house if you grapple onto it you can see over all the walls on that floor and the ceiling has the white panels that are on the outside of the house on it and can't paint over it or hang anything on it anyone else having this problem or is it just me? Help.
That's strange I can't say I've seen that issue, sometimes something as simple as a restart or going to a different property can sort out things like that.
Ye have turned it off and on several times just doesn't seem to fix itself might try and go to another property and see if that works. Thanks for replying. Love your videos.

Originally there is about 18 different rooms, that's how many I counted anyway :)

That's a shame, you could try to hide it with some walls if you can other than that I'm not sure what else could work sorry.
Na that's okay going to just ignore it and hope Frozen district fixes the issue. Sent them a lot of complaints lol.
