They should have ethics, Quran, and technology (A.I.), classes in their common training program, and should also be trained in anti-corruption/malpractice studies, so that they do not become corrupt in the future, nor take bribes from the public or anyone else. Bureaucracy, is supposed to help the public and all, not the otherway around! 🙃
They already have wide range of Subjects during CTP and STP, like Ethics and Public Administration etc.

Keep working on your English as much as you can. Besides it, Keep reading English Newspapers and Magazines. These two tips will prepare your for the battle of CSS.
The rest is specific syllabus which can be covered in 8 months.

Focus on your English skills besides reading NOA Contemporary World magazine and Dawn Newspaper. These two things will sharpen your skills for CSS battle. The rest is specific syllabus for every subject which can be covered in 8 to 12 months.

css officer ko pay kb melti hen training start hoty hi ya after completing training
During Training period ( Probationary period) only basic pay of BPS 17. After training full salary with basic pay and other allowances.
Kya is me sirf CSS qualified hi training le sakte hain ye PMS wale bhi?

It's a federal academy for all civil servants (CSS Officers).

How much is the covered area by CSA????
It's not made public yet by the Government and CSA Authorities.
Do CSA charge fees for training officers ?
No, It's government body which trains CSS officers after being allocated. Govt pays the Probationery Officers the basic Salary as well.
