ProRes LOG Before and After - iPhone 15 Pro Max

Testing out Apple’s ProRes LOG for iPhone and seeing how well it grades!
I’m not entirely sure why the average consumer would need LOG on their phone but it’s a great option to have if you do need it on the new iPhone Pro Max 15.
It’s still a bit too sharp for me straight out of the phone but that can be reduced if you choose. I left it as it was just for this test to see how Instagram’s compression handled it.

Nice color grading but the compression on the video is poor.. not sure if it’s a YT shorts issue.

Yep, I'm not sure what went wrong there. RUclips compression is never great but I have a feeling I either pushed the grade a bit too far with this test or should have exported it with a different bit depth. It defintely looks a lot cleaner prior to upload though!

@@danielgrindrod I believe you! Hopefully some tweaks in another export will resolve the issue :)
