    Red onion is a must-have staple in your scalp/haircare regimen! Red onion is a storehouse of sulphur and is rich in anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Hence, it has been used to strengthen hair and provides all the nutrients needed for healthy hair growth!
    In this video I chopped up 1 medium sized organic red onion and added about 16oz of water to it. I then blended, strained and added the solution to my nozzle bottle.
    I recommend to place the solution on your roots/scalp, massage for 30 minutes and avoid getting into your eyes. Focus mostly on the Scalp! and use this treatment every 2 weeks. (This is how often I applied this treatment when growing out my hair)
    After the 30 minutes have passed, rinse the solution off with diluted ACV and then follow up with your shampoo of choice.
    Remember to always do a patch test on your wrist to assure there are no allergies to the onion. Red onion is pretty intense and can definitely burn if it gets in the eyes or if left too long on skin or if it is not diluted properly,
    I will post the full video soon!

      I'm nine months late, but have you cured your seborrheic dermatitis? I assume it's in your scalp? I used Medicated T-Gel shampoo for nine to ten months, avoiding all hair products, because of my scalp inflammation. T-Gel completely healed my scalp from the inside out.

      @@tialynn1111 Yes, T-Gel Medicated shampoo dried my scalp and hair, mostly my scalp. The healing stage took nearly a year's time. Green infected looking puss would ooze out of my scalp, and my scalp would sting so bad. Before T-Gel, I saw a dermatologist, which never helped me at all. I took a few different oral medications and the last one was a liquid medicine, and it tasted absolutely terrible.

    Can onion make our hair thicker or not????

    • @tialynn1111
      @tialynn1111  Месяц назад +3

      Yes, onion juice is believed to promote hair growth and thickness. Onion juice is rich in sulfur, which is an essential nutrient for healthy hair. Sulfur helps to boost collagen production, which in turn helps the production of healthy skin cells and hair growth. Here are some potential benefits of using onion juice for hair:
      1. **Improves Hair Growth**: Onion juice can stimulate hair follicles, increasing hair growth and volume.
      2. **Reduces Hair Fall**: The sulfur content in onion juice helps strengthen the hair, reducing hair fall and breakage.
      3. **Treats Dandruff**: Onion juice has antimicrobial properties that help fight dandruff and scalp infections.
      4. **Adds Shine**: Regular use of onion juice can add a healthy shine to your hair.
      5. **Prevents Thinning**: The nutrients in onion juice help nourish the hair, preventing thinning and breakage.
      To use onion juice for hair growth:
      1. Extract the juice from an onion by blending it and straining the juice.
      2. Apply the juice directly to your scalp, massaging it in gently.
      3. Leave it on for 15-30 minutes.
      4. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo.
      It's important to do a patch test before applying onion juice to your scalp to ensure you don't have an allergic reaction.

      Hi Subhankarjena,
      Onion juice is believed to have certain properties that may promote hair growth, primarily due to its high sulfur content and potential to improve blood circulation. Some studies suggest that applying onion juice to the scalp could help stimulate hair follicles and promote hair regrowth in certain types of hair loss, such as alopecia areata.
      However, it's essential to note that while there is some anecdotal evidence and limited scientific support for onion juice's potential benefits for hair growth, more research is needed to confirm its effectiveness and understand the optimal method of use. Additionally, individual results may vary, and it's always advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before trying any new treatments for hair loss.

    • @tialynn1111
      @tialynn1111  Год назад +4

      Hi thank you for watching. The logic behind the derma roller is:
      increase blood circulation through scalp stimulation = increased blood flow to follicles, which increases hair growth. However, this can be accomplished through consistent massage after the onion application.
      According to MedicalNewsToday:
      ‘Researchers found that hair growth started after 2 weeks of using onion juice, which was applied to the scalp twice daily. Almost 74 percent of participants had some hair regrowth after 4 weeks, and at 6 weeks about 87 percent experienced hair regrowth.’
      This article suggests using onion juice twice daily, however, I suggest using every 2 weeks at the most, due to its potency. Do what works best for you, and please do a patch test to assure it is not irritating to your skin first.
      I believe the onion juice + massage, good diet, quality sleep and health is the better option in my opinion. I hope this helps🤍

      Hi Asad
      Let me research because I am not sure if onion can grow back receding hairline. Hair follicle must still be active. I will have to get back to you on this
      Using onion juice as a remedy for receding hairlines or hair loss is a topic with mixed opinions and limited scientific backing. Some proponents believe that the sulfur in onion juice helps with hair growth by nourishing hair follicles and improving blood circulation. However, there's limited scientific evidence to support these claims robustly.
      In a small study, it was found that applying onion juice to the scalp might help with alopecia areata, an autoimmune condition causing patches of hair loss. However, this doesn't necessarily mean it's effective for a receding hairline, which is often due to genetics or hormonal factors.
      It's important to approach this remedy with caution, as onion juice can also cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals. If you're considering using onion juice for hair growth, it might be wise to consult with a dermatologist or a healthcare professional first. They can provide advice tailored to your specific situation and suggest proven treatments for hair loss.

      @tialynn1111  6 дней назад

      Dermarolling, or microneedling, is a procedure that involves using a device with fine needles to create tiny punctures in the skin. This process is thought to stimulate hair growth by triggering the body's wound healing response, which can promote the production of growth factors and new collagen. It is believed to increase blood flow to the scalp and enhance the absorption of topical hair growth treatments.
      Some studies and anecdotal evidence suggest that dermarolling can be effective in promoting hair growth, especially when used in conjunction with treatments like minoxidil. However, results can vary, and it may not work for everyone. It's important to use the dermaroller correctly and maintain proper hygiene to avoid infections or other complications.
      If you're considering trying dermarolling for hair growth, it might be beneficial to consult with a dermatologist or a trichologist to ensure it's a suitable and safe option for your specific condition.

      No apply it, but eating onion is very healthy as well. Please skin patch to avoid irritation and be mindful of allergies.

      But the onion doesn't blend well. So I thought one has to add water to make it blend well. Or what have you used?

      Can you specify how you use it? How many times a week and how long after do you wash it out?

    • @tialynn1111
      @tialynn1111  9 месяцев назад

      Twice a month but 1x a week is ok too. It is very concentrated. I keep it in my hair for at least 1hr then rinse w mild shampoo and diluted ACV. Please check if allergic before using.(make sure you are not sensitive to onion juice)
