    thanks for the details, and exercises, i am trying to improve my counters, i lock out my knee on exit edge. odd though, since i have brought full attention to fic, i skid it at the turn(??), never use to do this. and i dont like the feel of bic-the exit feels, hmmm, not flat but not as round as the entrance, like small lobe. anyways great turn and thanks for sharing your knowledge

      Try to check your timing with your hips and shoulders. Skids usually happen when the hips and shoulders don't work in the opposite direction at the same time during the turn. And bend your skating leg right after the top of the counter to avoid flat exits.
