Maybe bass can be better with R3, bcz size of drivers are different.

all you need is kef q150. seriously you will appreciate kef's performance if you don't overkill the room
Outdoor life has a point, the larger the Kef the larger the room, and the louder you need to play them. They ALL have the Kef house sound,you may need a sub!

would you say that the r5 a good match for people who want to listen not very loud ? i guess the r7 and the r11 must be played louder .. or how can ich say - they are from nature louder speakers because of their bigger korpus ?

Nice demonstration! I got R500s at the sale a few months ago. I really like them. Do you have experience of the difference between the newest models of R-series and the predecessor?
I had the R500's before and now have the R5's. Very similar speakers but I think the R5's have better low end and the highs are a bit smoother.
Just trying to figure out is the system warm or the music itself

You just need to match watt and ohm. You need an amp with at least 15watts and 4ohms

Salve, un consiglio... tra questa serie è modello o le B&W serie S 702/703 un abbinamento a integrato Unison Research Unico P, quale ci vedr3bbe meglio, considerando che io prediligo un suono aperto con una buona estensione dei bassi ma controllati... grazie per una risposta 🎼

Mr. Flim Flam R3 are excellent speakers, R5 are even better (if you have enough space), Elac Vela are in another league

@@robertv.d.woning5352 ik heb uiteindelijk de Tannoy xt8f gekocht. Hele fijne speaker, maar ze zijn klote om aan te sturen met een te lichte versterker. Dat heb ik opgelost met een eindversterker. Nu klinken ze fantastisch. Hometheaterhifi heeft een uitstekende review gedaan met metingen waaruit dat blijkt.

Why?
Two types of speakers. One where the music sounds like it is coming out of a box(like this), and the magical type that brings you on the recording stage.
I think the problem is your listening to them on your phone 😜

Try Fyne Audio F502. They are so good. I find them better than the KEF and Tannoy. (Even though Fyne are former Tannoy)
