I'm an Aussie so I know plenty about Ange's tactics and the simple reality is, that he only plays one way - attack and outscore your opponents.
That's fine if you're down the bottom and you have nothing to lose but there's no way Spurs will be contenders without adapting to each opponent's style of playing.
He's too stubborn to change and in time, Spurs fans will feel like they're going around in circles the longer he stays and plays the same way.

Just got home from the game. Personally I thought Kulu or Van de Ven were our best players. Love Cuti, but just thought Kulu played his heart out, and without VDV there would have been a few 1 on 1 with Vicario.

Gianni Vio was the set piece coach at Spurs for last season, leading to 8 more goals from set pieces than the season before and fewer conceded. When Ange joined, Vio was removed. Ange said he ‘wouldn’t feel comfortable’ with a specialized set piece coach, so instead Mile Jedinak and Ryan Mason shares responsibility for set pieces. This is compared to 70-year-old Vio, who "has designed 4,830 different attacking set-piece scenarios".
I understand and appreciate Ange's strong ideology, and it's obviously served him well. But at this level, you need to have some pragmatism instead of being pointlessly stubborn. Is it more comfortable to essentially start every game 1-0 down from set pieces? You need to take any edge you can get. If your philosophy is so frail that having a set piece coach disrupts it, then you have other problems.
Absolutely outrageous that there was no difference in set piece defending after 2 weeks off.
Saka is just a good player, but he is overrated. He can't dribble past a single defender, he relies on the ball in behind to get his contributions. He is the most predictable one dimensional players that supposed to be close to "world class".
