Halfway into eating my cucumber tomato carrot and roasted chana salad, I saw this part of video where you make the salad with dressing, I rushed to the kitchen and made the dressing, added onions and voila, amped up my salad for the other half lunch :D
So good to see Simba doing well! One suggestion, chop the cucumber and onion in a square form like salsa. You’d like that!

I chop my lengthy hair literally I chop them and try to feel lil better and when I’m stressed out very badly I don’t even comb them and started getting terrible hair fall or breakage 😅

Pms time is the time i feel the lowest for no reason usually, i think stress levels has definitely increased for everybody, the only thing we can do is be grateful for what we have, and focus on the happiness and peace in life to dodge the low phase of life, depression

Mental health does take a toll when in stress. We often loose our appetite, sleep and focus.
We buddy up with overthinking like lab partners, faces challenges to do our basic activities.
Well everyone has its own way to cope and make space for such unexplainable pain.
What can help in such situations is to try and understand the backstory of your source which has caused you this pain, plain and simple try to listen both sides
And see which make more sense
When emotions become overwhelming just breathe in and hold for 4 seconds and release.
It’s a cliché but always keep your mind calm. Bring back the Attention ❤ hope it helps to all in need
