If your spa isn’t under cover order the inflatable lid!! Rain water pools on the included one, well annoying. Why not just include the inflatable lid with it..
Worst product I've ever bought. Less than a year old, used 4 times(only twice successfully) and completely broken. Aftercare is woeful.

Hi, I have got my new hot tub, however the filter doesn’t fully twist on, it goes on but not all the way is that normal? Also how can I tell if my filter is working? What would I press to make the filter begin filtering the water ?
If you’re still having this problem, unscrew the filter and and try and screw it on separately and put all the parts back on
Is there any way of stopping water flowing out through the filters when the pump is disconnected?

The tub should have come with caps over the filter inlets and outlets (inside the spa - put them back on) video timeline 1:35s, hope this helps

Why the hot tub deflate
Am so feed up with wave they have really have burst my kids bubble as all she ask for her 21 first birthday and doing is losing water out the filter pipe dose any one know how fix this as wave are not good at responding to there customers what’s so ever

I am having a problem heating my tub, i set the temperature to 30 and it gets to 29 and the heater light just flashes, i reset to 38 and it gets to 37 and the heat light flashes but goes no more what am i doing wrong ? help
dont think you are doing anything wrong, when the heater light flashes i think its within its set range, im sure the temperature is an approximate rather than exact. If you want the temp to be 38, try setting to 39 and see, always use a thermometer for exact readings, hope this helps
Once it gets to the set temp the heater switches off, drops 2 degrees then heats back up. If you want 38 degrees set it to 40 and it will never get below 38 unless your actually in it
Hi all, can any one offer advice re an extension lead? My hot hub is too far away from my power source
Our filter doesn’t screw on tightly. Sometimes it comes off on its own. Only a day old, is this normal?
No this isn’t normal I got my wave spa on Friday no issues with the filter. Contact wave for info

I found that it doesn't screw all the way down I got mine yesterday and have found that it is leaking too from 1 of the black connection hoses

I had to put some pressure when turning it make sure the threads are lined up and tightly turn that thing I hope this helps x
Can you advise we have set up the hot tub but whilst using the temperature drops and we are struggling to keep it at 40 it dropped to 35 and when we increased the temp and pushed the sun button it didn’t increase temp as we were sat in it?
my understanding is only the likes of the high-end lazy-spas will heat when in use. Basic spas will only heat up when the covers on and temp will always drop when in use depending on surroundings etc. hope this helps.
Heater dosnt work when the jets are active
@@myerg2977 This is a huge problem. I had an inflatable before this and the heat worked while the bubbles wee on. That one got a hole in it so I went with foam now. Too bad the filter from the old one is not a similar size at all.
Can the hose which sends heated water from the pump into the hot tub be removed without losing water or draining the spa?
Has anyone else had trouble inflating? We have bought the square tube, it doesn’t seem to get firm and unlike the video air escapes as soon as we remove the inflation hose. I have emailed the company but was wondering if we might just be doing something wrong?

Hi. I think I am having the same problem. My square rattan pacific was bought for me as a Christmas present. Just trying to install it today. Have been inflating now for 40 minutes and it is still not firm. What am I doing wrong?
Or is this normal, and it really takes this long?
@@berylmcauliffe8200 I found that mine didn’t look as “inflated” as those in the pictures but it was fine and stayed up. Once we filled it we used a hand pump after about 3 weeks to give it a little top up. We’ve been using it since before Christmas and it’s fab. When first inflating it my husband was removing the whole plug rather than just the top part and that was why it wasn’t initially inflating properly- hope that helps
Hi Sharon, thanks for responding. I finally solved my problem by putting my hand over the vents on the tube. It then inflated in seconds. I read this tip on one of the wave forums. I had already thought of trying to use a hand pump but didn’t have one. I’m so glad we sorted it as I would have been so disappointed had there been something wrong. The tub is wonderful. I have been in it every evening since! Happy tubbing. Beryl
Just got ours set up and filled with water but constantly getting E3 code warning although everything seems to be in place and accordingly to the instructions. Anyone have any suggestions please? 🙏

@@zoewilson1073 hi! Yes, it finally got around to working! We just kept unplugging and leaving for 5 minutes a few times. I think we may have been trying the jets before it heated up or had enough pressure?! Goodness knows what the issue was. Make sure the filter cartridge is intact properly too, ours was a bit loose so maybe had something to do with it. Hopefully you'll get it sorted with perseverance but if not, give customer service a call. Good luck 🤞♥️
Anyone having an issue with a change filter alarm. I’ve changed the filter turned it on and off can’t get it to go away
You press the filter button and keep it pressed until it resets (about 5seconds) 👍
Is the outside temperature gauge/control panel water proof?

Such a terrible company, I purchased a bladder/cover from them and have been going in circles with their customer service for days. Their website description made it seem like a smaller cover could work when inflated but it clearly does not. They then asked me to remove the bladder from the packaging to measure it, went to all the trouble only to receive an email stating, “yes, it seems you purchase the wrong size cover… But you have opened it and now, cannot return it. If there’s anything else we can help you with let us know.” Yes! IM TRYING TO RETURN IT FOR THE SIZE UP! What is the issue here? All I can think of when I’m dealing with this ridiculousness is, “this is why people use Amazon and don’t use mom and pop stores anymore or the like.” Geez Louise 😩
My wave spa shows e5 and won’t do anything. I’ve only gotten it today. What can I do? Not what you expect from a new product:(
U didn’t follow directions. It’s showing e5 because u either turned on unit before water filled up passed the filters or tried to cut on pump before walking thru steps 🤷🏾♂️
My unit blew up when I first got it 2 months ago I had to return it it was a nightmare customer services are great it’s all through email I did manage to get a new unit but I’m dreading anything else going wrong as they are not easy to communicate with they need to fix their customer services it’s very bad I hope you got your issue resolved I’m finding so much support here amongst ourselves thank God for you all 🙏🏾🙏🏼❤️
How do you drain a wave hot tub?
there is a drain outlet with a plug inside and out at the base of the hot tub near the pump inlets, if you watch the video you can see it at 2:12 seconds between the pump and rattan surround, hope this helps

@@RicAnger get a submersible water pump and some black pipe to put over it they're about nearly 40 quid at Toolstation, the water empties in less than 15 mins
what kind of outlet does it need amp wise? anyone is the US plug into an inside home outlet
not in the US, but a regular household socket should provide enough current when plugged directly into the outlet. If you are planning on using an extension lead to the hot tub site, make sure the cable is rated to at least 13Amps, hope that helps
I can't use the microwave and the hot tub at the same time. I don't know but my boyfriend is going to fix it. Said something about 20 with the electrical box. Hope that helps
hi we got a hot tub on thurs the5th aug and still have not been able to use it .we keep getting an e5no and buzzing noice can any body help .tried to get help fom wave they are rubbish.
Dumb Question. What are the 2 caps used for that came with my spa? No mention of them in the manual that i saw Had to change a faulty pump unit placed the caps over the inlets inside the tub and when I removed the old pump water still came gushing out

It took about 15 minutes to inflate, but about 12 hours to heat up to 102 degrees F. You also want to give it some time after adding the chlorine
Where do the 3 o-rings go?

It keeps showing the fil sign, but i've tried to clean/change the filter and not sure what to try next. I love the atlantic hot tub, but customer services could be better, no phone number, just an email address and the online query option doesn't give you the choice to talk to someone, just prerecorded instructions, none of which are regarding this filter sign 🤷♀️
Had mine 2 days, showing same since i filled and switched on, been on 48hr and only gone up from 21 to 31 degree. No reply from customer service.
After a week of use ours has also gone into CHG FIL mode and we can’t find a way of getting out of it.
In case this helps anyone else, we’ve found a way of getting it out of CHG FIL mode - hold the filtration button (the double helix looking one, top left) for 5 seconds after cleaning the filter. This isn’t clearly explained in the maintenance section of the manual

Yes I got mine sorted although I can't remember how , I youtubed it how to set it up , I must admit this is coming into my 3rd summer I've had this tub and it definitely has lived up to the expectations

Hi. Received this yesterday. Can I keep the pump unit connected, even when it's raining? I've had to plug it into the kitchen and obviously it's not ideal to leave it all connected, especially with loads of rain. Please advise as I'm new to this. I disconnected it last night and got a shock as loads of water started draining out. I eventually realised I had to use the grey screw on covers to stop it but they're not great as it's leaked a bit overnight. Help!

How do I make the hot tub hot? I’ve had it on for 5 hours and it doesn’t seem to be getting warm. Anyone had this problem or knows how to help?
It takes 8/10 to heat up and after that it warms up pretty fast

I ordered mine in March - I’m still waiting and keep seeing people ordering recently and getting theirs sooner than me.

Just got mine now and due 8th August, as for lights I’m ordering from Amazon they’re pretty cheap and can also use in the bath. Hope this helps

I got mine today, and I ordered the starter kit, with it but that hasn’t turned up! I was told a 3-4 month wait!
@@ruthcadwallader4537 my filters were sent out by Hermes, but when I was tracking it, the order number changed half way through the process and it ultimately was sent to an unknown address. I contacted Wave and they resent them and I got them 3 days later

Ours has inflated and it’s not going down at all but the top circle is still quite soft and creased like it won’t fully fill with air. Any ideas please??
It could be a puncture I had one a couple of months ago from 1 of my cats the best thing to do is run soapy water over the ring and when a big bubble appears it's air escaping from the ring and you can get it covered up with a puncture patch they sell on wave spa

CANT get the heat hose to not drip/leak, tried everything including plumbers tape, bad engineering with the hoses. Don’t set it up on a screened in area unless you can deal with a constant drip. 😒

@@djmagoon9290 did you get your leak fixed? I had one leak and I had to flip the hoses around. Yes bad engineering for the hose quality indeed.
Can anyone help I set my new hot tub up yesterday got up this morning and water leaking from one of the black hose connectors( the top one) I'm going to try re do the whole lot today but really disappointed this has happened any help would be appreciated
Mine did this on first set up. The black elastic thing needs to be properly placed around it. That fixed the problem.
I just set mine up and I am having the same issue I assumed that I have to make sure it’s in really secure I have a spare one so next time I’ll use the spare see if it’s better can I remove this tube while the tub is full ? Any advise would be appreciative many thanks 😊

Does anyone know what amp this hot tub is?
Hello Wave Spa peeps. Can anyone tell me what the extra intake/output port is for on the Atlantic Plus? In addition to the two connections by the pump where the filter screws on and the heated water enters the tub there is a 3rd identical threaded connection about a third of the way around to the left of the pump and a little higher up than the others. I checked whether it was connected to the system by covering up the filter port and it is sucking water. I am concerned that means non-filtered water is circulating thru the pump.
those 3 ports inside the tub one is filter as you can see, and one is water out and one water in. Correct me if i'm wrong.
I was wondering about the 3rd one too. Worried about the unfiltered water as well. I ended up putting a cover on it for now. I'm going to put an extra fine piece of mesh filter material over it when I get a chance.
Just tried to put up the pacific today and the water is leaking from underneath . Any ideas

How quickly do these tubs normally warm up, mine seems to take ages. Is there a quick way to get it warm with out running up a vast electric bill.
Use hot water to fill it.

Hozelock tap connector 1" size connects to the drainage pipe a treat
Hi Emma, if you unscrew the drainage valve cap which is the plastic tube located on the outside of the spa then this will allow the water to drain out of your spa. -Wave Team

@@devoncantrell4577 I think they can be used to block the intakes for the filter if you want to for any reason. Like if you needed to disconnect the pump without emptying the tub.

We weren't sure either! There are three of them but only fit two valves inside the tub and not sure when you'd use them. Videos are okay, instructions are pretty minimal. Anyone know if it is okay/possible to add more air when there is water in the spa?

@@megrich5182 Hi we were told that would be delayed around 7 days a couple of weeks ago. Then told could be delayed by another 7 days on top of that. But it actually arrived on 25th when we ordered the delivery date was the 20th so not to bad.
sebrofg ah that’s not too bad then, when did you receive the email saying it was going to be late/delivered ours is due on the 1st of july!
@@megrich5182 we contacted them for an update at the start of June and they got back to us the next day saying there was a week delay. We then contacted them again to see if any further updates and that's when they said delayed by a further 7 days. But we then got a email from DPD saying they would be with us that day. I think they say about the delays so if you get it sooner it's a bonus.

Any tips on how to drain with a hose? We have the atlantic plus and a standard garden hose does not secure to it.
Some of our customers like to purchase an adaptor from external sources such as amazon, although you are able to unscrew the drainage valve to allow the spa to empty naturally. -Wave Team

They’re not both the same. One has a matte surface & the other is glazed. We we wondering if it made a difference in heat retention.

Hi just wondering is the plug a normal plug for a normal UK socket or do I need to buy a extra part for it
It's a normal plug but make sure it's put into the actual socket and NOT via extention lead

Having same problem , heater keep cutting out, heat gone up from 21 to 30 degree in 72 hrs. Not good

how do you drain the water, any videos?
We did this for the first time today. The drain pipe is too big for hose so we just used siphon/suction method to feed hose from the water to the drain and just drained the remnants to the floor via drain cap exit and then sponge cleaned the last bit.
Would be handy if anyone can recommend a product that will screw directly onto the drain pipe exit?
@@robm6119 1" female threaded connector with reducers down to 1/2" to hoselock connector. My local plumbers could only make it up using 1" f2f 1"- 1/2" M2F, 1/2" M2M, hoselock connector. (F = female connector, M= male)

How long do these take to heat up
I just set mine up earlier today and it’s at 85 degrees F. I’m going to send mine back because it leaks from one of the hoses.

@@alanamiller3801 hello we managed to sort it out... but only by removing the outer shell and resetting the unit as there is a switch inside... I couldn’t wait for wave to reply and I new it would effect the warranty

Anyone know the distance between the pipes and how much they are off the floor. I have one on order and want to build the pump into a partition to keep the noise down. Need to know the cutouts before it arrives to save a lot of time. Thanks in advance 😊👍

Canyon Bruar I went for the 6-8 person, I’d say it fits 5 /6 people comfortably. I’m sure it could fit 8 people packed in like sardines! One thing I would recommend, is put water in hot/warm (unlike me I put it in from the garden hose 😆🤦♀️) took a little while to warm up 😜

Terrible product. 24 hours on a good day and on a cold day it won't hit temperature.
