parking on the sidewalk is 3000 rubles. That's 34 euro's. That's literally what I pay for driving 2 over the speed limit where I live. Fines need to be higher.
You must understand that there are different hourly wages in Russia compared to in Britain so 3000 rubles is a lot of money to some people. No matter what the cost of the ticket it is still lost money that you worked hard to earn so the best thing to do is to observe the laws so you don’t be fined.
Imagine in my country for sidewalk park u will pay about 350 euro and u earn per month like 700 so ye people still do that cuz police dont give a fck

This just confirms to his critics and drivers he is confronting that it is all about entertainment for the web and not a serious attempt to protect pedestrians from errant drivers. Why should drivers pay attention to Krill's point if even Krill isn't being serious about it?
It is one thing to remain light hearted and even jocular in the face of abuse but horsing around from the outset just obscures the point he is trying to make. That is especially true if some of the drivers are completely mystified by his actions as some in this video were.
