My biggest issue is white belts cranking arms bars or arm locks on me before I have a chance to tap. Really frustrating, because it’s keeping me from pushing myself in training because I’m worried I’ll keep injuring myself

I literally just did this about 2weeks ago. I had a posterior rib get pushed out of alignment from a very strong high closed gaurd. Came to class with a notebook and took notes. Glad to be back rolling now though.

Wish I had watched this 2 weeks ago! I'm 3-stripe white belt, been at BJJ for exactly 1 year. Been suffering with a shoulder injury for months which got worse and worse until I went to a physio who advised me to take a break for at least a couple of weeks, which is what I just did. I only go twice a week usually but it means I've missed 4 x fundamentals classes, 2 x advanced, 2 x no-gi and a shit load of rolling. Feel like I've missed a lot so wish I'd have turned up as per your vid, just to see what was being taught. I'll know next time! Thanks

I can't afford to pay 150 a month to go to class if I can't train. I'm not Warren Buffet
