Oh the nostalgia, I think I was either in late elementary or early middle school when this came out. Now I'm graduated and looking back at my favorites as childhood classics and this is near the top!

However...if your opponent is a strong high level ghost type like a Dusknoir and it use Destiny Bond when your on your last pokemon which attacks it...GAME OVER!!!

there should be a pokémon with suicidal moveset like destiny bond/perish song/ explosion/self destruction/momento.... and this pokémon ability is called "second chance" where it'd survive but on 1 hit point left, that seems balanced i guess.... imagine the filthy momento used twice on a pokémon, or in doubles on a Contrary pokemon... woah
I mean, the ability is basically Sturdy, but the idea of a self-destructive Pokémon is pretty neat. Granted, it’s be pretty gimmicky and useless if all it had was self-destructive moves, but I think the idea could become a Gen 8 Pokémon.
Ok, I don't know about anyone else, but my thoughts on the meaning, is a Pokemon who dies in battle, and then tries to seek revenge against the master who used them as a tool, a slave. Honestly, I have no morale issue with playing as a Pokemon trainer in a game, but In-World, I think it's a terrible "animal" justice crime, the whole thing.
