Setting is depending on Engine size.
If throttle valve is opened too much, axial vibration will occur. It means that is not worked at all.
If too less opening of throttle valve, Hydraulic effect will occur in the oil chamber and damage the sealing rings.
To avoid these two, the throttle valve have to be adjusted. it is achieved by checking axial vibration damper meter, to keep minimum vibration reading.
