Spoiler alert At this point we don't know because he kind of friendzoned her, but they had so much chemistry and he looked at her in such a way, that there would be 90% of possibility they would have ended up together in the future. They were too cute and he was trying too hard. If he just wanted a friend, why was he just staying with her, instead of group with Naeun's classmate or ask others (and I don't buy the "since I'm cute, guys hate me at school" thing). Korean dramas unfortunately, don't understand that you don't have to be slim to end up with the male lead (the female lead was so pretty though)...

He was trying so hard and come on, you don't look at a friend like that T.T she's totally beautiful, a perfect match for him! They were my favs I'm upset they didn't end up together 😭

Anyway I was expecting for the drama to pull the "we're just friends" card. Korean dramas always do that when it comes to couples with someone who's chubby in them, that's why I had trust issues since the beginning of episode 6. I thought that at the end, they would have either revealed that it was all an act, or that he would have friendzoned her... and I was right about one.
