Come on guys it aint like you can just do it within two months for all those things like select fire. And also the designing the whole blaster is a super complicated thing.
The reason they don't uzify they rapidstrike is because people equate size to price. If they sold smaller guns that worked as well as the bigger people wouldn't be willing to dish out the same money.
But remember the Stryfe came out as an uzified Rapidstrike and it does pretty well compared to the Strike family. Plus, if you need the parts cheap go to Ebay or Amazon.
My point is if they did a review when the Stryfe came out and compared it to a Rapidstrike, a Raider, and a Retailiator, it would have more buzz. Every time Nerf comes out with a good weapon made shorter, they pull it out a little in the publicity stunt.
Yes but if it is good enough a lot of people will buy it since it’s cheap and really good so overall they might make more money if they make it cheap rather than expansive
I would like to see Hasbro release a successor to the Titan or re-release the Titan itself. The price on used rockets cost more than I paid for my used Titan (rocket included) a few years back. If they re-release the Titan, then they would start selling the rockets on their web store again, which means I could buy reasonably priced rockets again!
Make a build your own blaster line- integrate like 5 different styles of triggers for both flywheel and spring blasters, have a main core, like a top primed, longshot style, or flywheel housing with different amounts of tacticool rails, a mag well, whether you like it way up front like a longshot or super compact like a stryfe, and barrel and stock peices, hopefully held together by something more sturdy than current nozzels, rails, and stock buds.
WolfPack Gaming make it really expensive and make it so that the package has all of the essential mechs and systems. It's a big load for sure but that would be wonderful
I want them to develop a 50 round drum I saw a picture of it one stampede but it wasn't sold because of mechanical problems but that was when nerf magazine technology was first developing Drums so now they should be able to do it

I just like that guys like you with a big name in the NERF community do all this research, do a lot of the work itself, and refine the ideas to something Hasbro could do. They do all the necessary steps; all Hasbro has to do is listen and learn. In this market, YOU guys are the teachers. I wish they sold packs of magazines, like a package of 4-6 18 round sticks for $15-20.
I am really hoping Rival foam rounds are Hasbro's answer to the appalling inconsistency of the Elite dart. I hope that the more traditional spherical projectile shape used in other subsonic guns (think airsoft and paintball) equates to a more consistent projectile. This is all speculation of course. Even assuming that Rival rounds fire 50+ feet accurately, I still am concerned about the rather low ammo capacity seeing the 12 round mag and the fact that the mag could not be longer and still fit in the Zeus.
Imagine if hasbro released a new line that wasn't exactly a blaster but more parts to a blaster hundreds of different pieces so you could build your blaster exactly how you want like real steal fire arms or airsoft like say you want a different pistol grip just screw in the the next version in to what you have say you want a more traditional stock and grip combo like you find on hunting rifles say you want tactical rails well do you want n-strike or weaver? Want a better spring well just buy it say you want it to be aeg or fly wheel just swap it all out I'm not saying compatible with real steel or airsoft but to truly build your nerf blaster
On an easy-to-do wish list would be: 1) a re-intro of the Stryfe without the annoying dart-sensing lock that has never worked right (they could call it the XD version and put it in a white-painted shell, if they want to); 2) as part of Nerf's planned re-intro of the Elite Alpha Trooper as part of the XD line, modify the front end of the barrel to have a barrel attachment point; and 3) re-intro the Roughcut with the smart-AR system fixed to solve the occasional problem of a small puff of air pushing one of the darts just enough forward that it doesn't get fired or just drops out of its barrel when fired.
Hey i have seen a bunch of rapidstrike stocks on your wall you seem to not be using from minimizations, i was wondering if you are collecting them for some reason or they could be bought for modification purposes like integrating it onto that retaliator extention stock piece so it could be usable.
My wish list - every thing coop said - barrel attachments with flyweels for range - discontinue the rebbel line - no more bows -clear banana mags that NERF sells not aftermarket companies - a nerf drone - mag fed pistols - bigger and better mags - blasters that come with a raider stock - more vortex blasters - more blasters like the roughcought - stuff
It's great to watch this in 2018 and see what all has been done. The Elite dart has been quasi-redesigned with the accustrike dart, the regulator came out (a rapidstrike with a selector switch) and modulus has come a long way, especially with the tri-strikes attachments and the different stock shots and barrel strikes.

Accustrike, Star Wars blasters, no Rapidstrike Uzi just yet, Regulator, and also continued Modulus, and made Rival attachments too, so I am happy to see they listened to you.
I personally wish they made a few more pressurized air blasters like the Magstrike, preferably with an automated pumping/pressurization system, and the Clip System. It may sound like a little much, but I've see water guns with auto pumps that were sold at reasonable prices. That being said, as far as firing mechanisms go, I suppose that water blasters (which only need a constant pressure to fire) are another world from Nerf blasters (which would need a large force of air all at once to launch their darts) not to mention that I'm sure adding the Clip System would add another whole layer of complexity on top of it. Alternatively, I'd just like to see the return of non flywheel based Automatic Nerf blasters, Even if it was just a re-release of the Stampede or something.
I know this is unrealistic but........ A Thunder-blast style grenade launcher, but with a revolver (sorta like the Dominator, but instead of 6 elite darts one missile)
Hasbro should make a small singleshot hammer action pistol. (Basically another jolt reshell but this one would actually be cool because you could do daul wielding easily)
Probably revamp the Rebelle line to be more neutral. The rebelle line has become quite a favourite of mine, not for the branding but for the interesting designs and the smooth, paint friendly shells. Its nice to see a blaster that doesnt look like its made from nanoblocks with so many edges sticking out from time to time.
4 things I want from hasbro 1. Make a missile launcher just like the demolisher and have it have a tac rail accepter i how does not want a detachable rocket launchers 2. mostly also change the barrel of the guns. like change the lines inside the barrel to a tornado shape tomake the dart turn while firing so it can achive longer ranges. or even make the barrels longer with more rails
So I have a battery related question... with the whole problem with the thermistor and upgraded batteries... so does that mean you can't add any IMRs or trust fires batteries to any stock flywheel gun even with a dummy battery? Or was what you were speaking of in reference to using all IMRs or trust fires without dummy batteries.
I actually made a super small drop-in circuit to make the rapidstrike select fire (semi-full) Its an in-line component that you can install in any rapidstrike, stock or modded. You don't even have to solder anything. I'm still finalising the prototype and making sure its stable and fail-proof, but contact me if you'd be interested in testing it out.
I'd love to see a Rapidstrike MkII with a selector switch and improved rate of fire and weight. The shell of the Rapidstrike is just perfect, seeing a better blaster in that shell out of the box would be a dream come true. I'd also like magnifying scope x0.5 at least. The problem is that it would cost a whole lot with actual lens.
The sad thing about the Regulator's select-fire system is that theres an electronic delay on the trigger pull, so I guess the reason for it is that the Regulator uses a conveyor belt which has a delay and not a pusher arm like a Stryfe which immediately pushes a dart into the flywheels, so I hoping for Hasbro to listen to his request to redo it to make it quicker with an electronic semi-auto trigger pull thats similar to a mechanincal semi-auto trigger. Also, when Nerf released the Accustrike darts, its completely temporary like what they did with the Elite suction cup darts, they continued to use the original Elite dart design until now which is stupid
Maybe different accessory packs to color match with their different lines. I know it's only cosmetic but it would give them an opening to have a limited re-release of older models with upgraded internals
I think that there should be a barrel extension for the mega line. They will have a wider barrel, but instead of the normal elite guns two point locking thing, (the two things that you slide into the two on the nerf gun that go in a little track-like thing) the mega line would only have one of those, and make it the same size as the elite ones, such as, the top one. Ten, on the mega gun, there is only one "track" on the top, therefore elite barrels cannot go on mega guns, but Mega Barrels can go on elite guns. this would be awesome because then you can have a barrel extension that looks SWEEEEET but doesn't hinder range on Elite guns. I also thing that Hasbro needs to make a gun that's essentially a elite deploy. First off, i don't understand whats so bad about the deploy, (please tell me with a response) but the gun could have the same thing as like the Rayven, Retaliator, strongarm, jolt, havokfire, and all elite guns that have a non-elite counterpart, MAKE IT BETTER! I think that deploy is cool, but, the range sucks, and it only takes streamlines. If Hasbro made a new Elite deploy, it would be awesome. Like and reply, I want to see what you think!
Through some experimenting I found out that the Nstrike Spectre barrel extension can allow Rivals HIR through it. I want to integrate it to my Apollo but I think it would be better on a Zeus.
Some things Hasboro should do 1) Make and EAT with a barrel extension so we can but barrels on it and be #Tacticool 2) Make a demolisher missile launcher that can be attached to a tac rail, maybe a modulus attachment? 3) Make a new elite version of that old dart tag strikefire because we can put it on tac rails (again, maybe something in the modulus line) 4) Make a stryfe holster (not more of that perpetual play junk) 5) make ammo rigs or belt clips for 2 mags per belt clip 6) Remake the old barrel break ammo holder (ok... I'm done with modulus ideas
My wishlist 1. Bolt action rifles that use she'll mags like buzz bee used to, however they can sell extra packs with shells and ammo. 2. A pump action shotgun that uses shells that insert like real steel shotguns do. 3. MORE MEGA BLAZERS WITH MAGS, BRUHHHHHHH OTHER THAN THE CENTURION 4. Revolvers with shells so you can more easily cosplay. 5. Selector switch in new elite blasters and make a new Rapidstrike with the switch
more revolver blasters. I think the flip fury and dominator are really great ideas, and I know the mag system is good, but with something like a strongarm, you can use a dump pouch, whereas with a mag-fed blaster, it's hard to reload on the field and fumble with you blaster.

I'm a bit late to the wishlist train but this is my wishlist: 1) An Elite/Doomlands 2169 version of the Fearless Fire and/or, a redesigned Stockade with the rev trigger instead of that stupid switch thing, easier access to the rotating drum and 12 dart capacity rather than ten. 2) Redesigned and cheaper darts. 3) More of the recolor series like Sonic ICE and Sonic FIRE 4) More tacticoolness
I want to make a retaliator barrel able to shoot similar to a longshot barrel and the grip is useful and is the priming piece and there is more dart storage in the barrel grip too
I'd like to see Nerf do away with slides and stick with hammers, pumps, and levers. I don't mind priming rods or handles but I'd like to see a more of a true to life bolt action, preferably with a well sealed breach. I'd like to see the Elite line get get it's own bow that shoots the Rebelle styled arrows. I'd like to see some Rebelle Mega blasters. I like that the Modulus is bringing us separate attachments, but repaints of the old ones, like the Raider stock or the Longstrike barrel would be great. And finally, since it seems to me the Demolisher did well, I'd like to see more blasters that shoot more than one kind of ammo, preferable Megas or something akin to a real masterkey that utilizes Sledgefire shells.
As for the colors of the modulus attachments, we're already carrying around bright multicolored toy guns, I don't think anything can make it look more silly. lol.
I personally would like to see more of the bullpup design. I wanted to get the rayven, but as of right now, you can only get them for around $80-$100 off of amazon. So more of the bullpup on new nerf guns would be perfect.
My suggestions: I think there should be a blaster that shoots 6 of the Sledgefire shells. I'd definitely use it because shotgun. (edit: pump action and slam fire option pls) More MEGA weapons that use a clip system, because nobody likes the Centurion. Update the old Raider 35-drum and make it symmetrical because OCD. More Vortex blasters. More bullpups. A more shotgunny shotgun (as in, more than 3 darts per shot) Vortex shotgun? Tone down on re-shelled Stryfes and Jolts.
First; start putting single-fire mechanisms on automatic and semi-auto guns again. That was one of the great parts about the Vulcan. Second: An Elite successor/update of the Firefly. I need a new high-powered revolving rifle.

My hasbro wishlist: Modulus 2, in which they make mod-friendly springers, and on that note, they come with expansion packs. What I mean by this, is that they come with different springs (3kg 5kg) like: 3 kg for a "machine gun" like blaster 2kg for a "pistol like" blaster 5 kg for a "l337 5n1p3r 5tatu5" blaster So, we wouldn't have the problem with the elite line we have now, the only difference between blasters is capacity, Rate of fire, and aesthetics.

One thing I fantasized hasbro doing is crossing the Jolt internals with the Hammershot priming mechanism. That way they could make a realistic Single Action revolver. Probably never gonna happen, but a man can dream, cant he?

Under the barrel guns. Imagine having a sledgefire under your gun with no modding required. I also want to see a semi auto sniper that is air powered, like the hornet. A pump action shot gun would be cool. The rivals series should have a helical magazine. The rivals series should get a semi auto pistol since you can load it from the handle. We need a full auto bullpup gun because it would look cool.
I want to see a blaster that operates on one 9V battery. I understand the "safety concern" of kids licking them or whatever, but especially with a more mature line like the Rival series coming out, they could benefit from a blaster with more power in a smaller package. A Rapidstrike uzi-style blaster would be the perfect candidate for this.
I'm so excited to see what nerf will do with rival because the rounds are much more durable as in they don't have to retain a shape as much as elites do and with that I bet we could get some awesome internal clip guns like a pump action or even a carbine or bolt action

I am really hoping Rival foam rounds are Hasbro's answer to the appalling inconsistency of the Elite dart. I hope that the more traditional spherical projectile shape used in other subsonic guns (think airsoft and paintball) equates to a more consistent projectile. This is all speculation of course.
Even assuming that Rival rounds fire 50+ feet accurately, I still am concerned about the rather low ammo capacity seeing the 12 round mag and the fact that the mag could not be longer and still fit in the Zeus.

Imagine if hasbro released a new line that wasn't exactly a blaster but more parts to a blaster hundreds of different pieces so you could build your blaster exactly how you want like real steal fire arms or airsoft like say you want a different pistol grip just screw in the the next version in to what you have say you want a more traditional stock and grip combo like you find on hunting rifles say you want tactical rails well do you want n-strike or weaver? Want a better spring well just buy it say you want it to be aeg or fly wheel just swap it all out I'm not saying compatible with real steel or airsoft but to truly build your nerf blaster

On an easy-to-do wish list would be: 1) a re-intro of the Stryfe without the annoying dart-sensing lock that has never worked right (they could call it the XD version and put it in a white-painted shell, if they want to); 2) as part of Nerf's planned re-intro of the Elite Alpha Trooper as part of the XD line, modify the front end of the barrel to have a barrel attachment point; and 3) re-intro the Roughcut with the smart-AR system fixed to solve the occasional problem of a small puff of air pushing one of the darts just enough forward that it doesn't get fired or just drops out of its barrel when fired.
Hey i have seen a bunch of rapidstrike stocks on your wall you seem to not be using from minimizations, i was wondering if you are collecting them for some reason or they could be bought for modification purposes like integrating it onto that retaliator extention stock piece so it could be usable.

It's great to watch this in 2018 and see what all has been done. The Elite dart has been quasi-redesigned with the accustrike dart, the regulator came out (a rapidstrike with a selector switch) and modulus has come a long way, especially with the tri-strikes attachments and the different stock shots and barrel strikes.

Accustrike, Star Wars blasters, no Rapidstrike Uzi just yet, Regulator, and also continued Modulus, and made Rival attachments too, so I am happy to see they listened to you.
I personally wish they made a few more pressurized air blasters like the Magstrike, preferably with an automated pumping/pressurization system, and the Clip System. It may sound like a little much, but I've see water guns with auto pumps that were sold at reasonable prices.
That being said, as far as firing mechanisms go, I suppose that water blasters (which only need a constant pressure to fire) are another world from Nerf blasters (which would need a large force of air all at once to launch their darts) not to mention that I'm sure adding the Clip System would add another whole layer of complexity on top of it.
Alternatively, I'd just like to see the return of non flywheel based Automatic Nerf blasters, Even if it was just a re-release of the Stampede or something.

Probably revamp the Rebelle line to be more neutral. The rebelle line has become quite a favourite of mine, not for the branding but for the interesting designs and the smooth, paint friendly shells. Its nice to see a blaster that doesnt look like its made from nanoblocks with so many edges sticking out from time to time.
4 things I want from hasbro

I made such awesome stuff with its giant and awesome looking shell. Atleast in my country i bought around ten or twenty of them, they were sold for 1000 forint each (approx. 2 dollars)

So I have a battery related question... with the whole problem with the thermistor and upgraded batteries... so does that mean you can't add any IMRs or trust fires batteries to any stock flywheel gun even with a dummy battery? Or was what you were speaking of in reference to using all IMRs or trust fires without dummy batteries.
I would love it if Hasbro made elite versions of all old (yellow) nerf guns. But the retaliator is already an elite recon.
I actually made a super small drop-in circuit to make the rapidstrike select fire (semi-full)
Its an in-line component that you can install in any rapidstrike, stock or modded. You don't even have to solder anything.
I'm still finalising the prototype and making sure its stable and fail-proof, but contact me if you'd be interested in testing it out.
I'd love to see a Rapidstrike MkII with a selector switch and improved rate of fire and weight. The shell of the Rapidstrike is just perfect, seeing a better blaster in that shell out of the box would be a dream come true. I'd also like magnifying scope x0.5 at least. The problem is that it would cost a whole lot with actual lens.

The sad thing about the Regulator's select-fire system is that theres an electronic delay on the trigger pull, so I guess the reason for it is that the Regulator uses a conveyor belt which has a delay and not a pusher arm like a Stryfe which immediately pushes a dart into the flywheels, so I hoping for Hasbro to listen to his request to redo it to make it quicker with an electronic semi-auto trigger pull thats similar to a mechanincal semi-auto trigger.
Also, when Nerf released the Accustrike darts, its completely temporary like what they did with the Elite suction cup darts, they continued to use the original Elite dart design until now which is stupid
I'm not sure if it's been mentioned yet, but the upcoming Boomco Dartsplosion is going to be select fire. I'm really interested to see how they do it.
Maybe different accessory packs to color match with their different lines. I know it's only cosmetic but it would give them an opening to have a limited re-release of older models with upgraded internals
I think that there should be a barrel extension for the mega line. They will have a wider barrel, but instead of the normal elite guns two point locking thing, (the two things that you slide into the two on the nerf gun that go in a little track-like thing) the mega line would only have one of those, and make it the same size as the elite ones, such as, the top one. Ten, on the mega gun, there is only one "track" on the top, therefore elite barrels cannot go on mega guns, but Mega Barrels can go on elite guns. this would be awesome because then you can have a barrel extension that looks SWEEEEET but doesn't hinder range on Elite guns. I also thing that Hasbro needs to make a gun that's essentially a elite deploy. First off, i don't understand whats so bad about the deploy, (please tell me with a response) but the gun could have the same thing as like the Rayven, Retaliator, strongarm, jolt, havokfire, and all elite guns that have a non-elite counterpart, MAKE IT BETTER! I think that deploy is cool, but, the range sucks, and it only takes streamlines. If Hasbro made a new Elite deploy, it would be awesome. Like and reply, I want to see what you think!

Through some experimenting I found out that the Nstrike Spectre barrel extension can allow Rivals HIR through it. I want to integrate it to my Apollo but I think it would be better on a Zeus.

Some things Hasboro should do
1) Make and EAT with a barrel extension so we can but barrels on it and be #Tacticool
2) Make a demolisher missile launcher that can be attached to a tac rail, maybe a modulus attachment?
3) Make a new elite version of that old dart tag strikefire because we can put it on tac rails (again, maybe something in the modulus line)
4) Make a stryfe holster (not more of that perpetual play junk)
5) make ammo rigs or belt clips for 2 mags per belt clip
6) Remake the old barrel break ammo holder (ok... I'm done with modulus ideas

My wishlist

2. A pump action shotgun that uses shells that insert like real steel shotguns do.
3. MORE MEGA BLAZERS WITH MAGS, BRUHHHHHHH OTHER THAN THE CENTURION
4. Revolvers with shells so you can more easily cosplay.
5. Selector switch in new elite blasters and make a new Rapidstrike with the switch
more revolver blasters. I think the flip fury and dominator are really great ideas, and I know the mag system is good, but with something like a strongarm, you can use a dump pouch, whereas with a mag-fed blaster, it's hard to reload on the field and fumble with you blaster.
It's so cool knowing that the regulator exists now! Hasbro can hear ya, Coop!

I'm a bit late to the wishlist train but this is my wishlist:
1) An Elite/Doomlands 2169 version of the Fearless Fire and/or, a redesigned Stockade with the rev trigger instead of that stupid switch thing, easier access to the rotating drum and 12 dart capacity rather than ten.
2) Redesigned and cheaper darts.
3) More of the recolor series like Sonic ICE and Sonic FIRE
4) More tacticoolness
I want to make a retaliator barrel able to shoot similar to a longshot barrel and the grip is useful and is the priming piece and there is more dart storage in the barrel grip too
I'd like to see Nerf do away with slides and stick with hammers, pumps, and levers. I don't mind priming rods or handles but I'd like to see a more of a true to life bolt action, preferably with a well sealed breach. I'd like to see the Elite line get get it's own bow that shoots the Rebelle styled arrows. I'd like to see some Rebelle Mega blasters. I like that the Modulus is bringing us separate attachments, but repaints of the old ones, like the Raider stock or the Longstrike barrel would be great. And finally, since it seems to me the Demolisher did well, I'd like to see more blasters that shoot more than one kind of ammo, preferable Megas or something akin to a real masterkey that utilizes Sledgefire shells.
As for the colors of the modulus attachments, we're already carrying around bright multicolored toy guns, I don't think anything can make it look more silly. lol.
Under-barrel weapon attachments (basically things like a demolishor rocket launcher, but removable and able to attach to other blasters).
I personally would like to see more of the bullpup design. I wanted to get the rayven, but as of right now, you can only get them for around $80-$100 off of amazon. So more of the bullpup on new nerf guns would be perfect.

I think there should be a blaster that shoots 6 of the Sledgefire shells. I'd definitely use it because shotgun. (edit: pump action and slam fire option pls)
More MEGA weapons that use a clip system, because nobody likes the Centurion.

2 years later and hasbro finally did one of these.
I would like a ammo counter either built in to a blaster or preferably as a attachment, like that ammo counter from uh... that guy with an etsy store
And now they are almost out with Accustrike darts...let's hope that those are better than Elites.
My hasbro wishlist:
Modulus 2, in which they make mod-friendly springers, and on that note, they come with expansion packs.
What I mean by this, is that they come with different springs (3kg 5kg)
like: 3 kg for a "machine gun" like blaster
2kg for a "pistol like" blaster
5 kg for a "l337 5n1p3r 5tatu5" blaster
So, we wouldn't have the problem with the elite line we have now, the only difference between blasters is capacity, Rate of fire, and aesthetics.

One thing I fantasized hasbro doing is crossing the Jolt internals with the Hammershot priming mechanism. That way they could make a realistic Single Action revolver. Probably never gonna happen, but a man can dream, cant he?

Under the barrel guns. Imagine having a sledgefire under your gun with no modding required. I also want to see a semi auto sniper that is air powered, like the hornet. A pump action shot gun would be cool. The rivals series should have a helical magazine. The rivals series should get a semi auto pistol since you can load it from the handle. We need a full auto bullpup gun because it would look cool.
I want to see a blaster that operates on one 9V battery. I understand the "safety concern" of kids licking them or whatever, but especially with a more mature line like the Rival series coming out, they could benefit from a blaster with more power in a smaller package. A Rapidstrike uzi-style blaster would be the perfect candidate for this.
I'd like to see hasbro bring back the white out and gear up series cause those look awesome and fulllongshots
I'm so excited to see what nerf will do with rival because the rounds are much more durable as in they don't have to retain a shape as much as elites do and with that I bet we could get some awesome internal clip guns like a pump action or even a carbine or bolt action
