Hi. For your ankle - try doing a warm wrap every night before you sleep. Put a medium sized cloth in the micro and while it is still very warm, wrap it around your ankle, secure it and then go to sleep. Ideally it should not slip off at night. Good Luck !

I was running on the treadmill for a few months until I noticed my ankle had swelled up...went to the doctor and they told me I had a sprained tendon to ice it and keep it elevated. The swelling went away within a few weeks. My mistake was not stretching before and after my runs. Hope this helps BTW- Love your videos!
