Hello.. I have two more points about your labeling the transparent bottles. If you label the bottles without bothering if it's transparent or not then just by seeing the label on an empty jar, you will never miss to refill the said thing when it gets finished. Another point is that you don't have to find any new container every time you bring some new things in your pantry. Everything will have it's dedicated home(jar) to stay. I hope you get what I was trying to say anyway. ☺

Quite an organised pantry Jaya....though d video was a little too short...we need to see a lot of ur videos on motivation, organisation, meal planning n also last but not the least how to make 'me time' a priority....... There r lots of things I learned 4m u Jaya n want to learn more.... Thank you..
So so true...we are all passing through this transition ...When I moved back to India, first thing I did was to eliminate plastic as much as possible. Bought mason jars and a few korken jars...and brought out my stock of stainless steel dabbas from loft...But even then my Rice, Atta containers remain to be replaced. I am not convinced whether to invest in lock & lock plastic containers or in stainless steel cauldrons. Let us see how things progress.
Nice. I too love glass jar in my kitchen. Prob is at home with older people like my mom in law it always slips and falls. So I can't even think of it for spices.

Soothing video in all aspect jaya, one query I had we have been staying in rental flat and move from one city to another ,is it advisable to go for glass jars for storage ,as during shifting a lot of glass items breaks even though we had been hiring good packers.🤔

Ma'am can you make a video on shelf life of food items. So it becomes easier to decide , which grain or flour can be stored outside or in the fridge, for a particular number of days. Or it needs to be stored in the fridge or it needs to be stored after roasting. As some food items can get spoiled if we store the outside during monsoon or summer season

If the screw become loose then you can tighten them easily.
