Will have moved on and for the most part forgot him like his tv show. What is the legal reason that Judge Canon makes her Paperless orders?
She doesn’t know how to write
She does it so she can't get into trouble, because they're not "official" there's no official counter or comeback.
They are ostensibly about the docket, the order of things, and a judge has complete discretion when it comes to the docket. It’s court business. The only thing that’s in there is her obvious hostility to the prosecution and her exaggerated care of the defendant. People seem to forget get that the U.S. legal system is built on the innocent until proven guilty ideal. There is an inbuilt prejudice in the defendants favor. Just not to the degree Cannon is doing it, while not actually moving the case forward.

The DA should have William Barr take the stand, because it was he who gave Trump's bidding on everything he asked for including placing Michael Cohen back in jail from talking.

If the justice system is not corrupt, why was Aileen cannon allowed to seat on that trump case after she was not allowed to continue using a special master as a way to slow walk the same case. We are not all lawyers here.
Timing is one thing that judges have pretty much full discretion over.

I don't understand why a judge would try to encourage in some way the Prosecutor to call a witness (Weisselberg) that they know is untrustworthy. Why jeopardize their strong case? Let the Defense call him.

Look at the Harvey W case. He is ensuring no one in the future can look back & say Every Single Thing was not done in defense of this rat. The judge is very very smart.
