Questions, how do you collect the splinters on syndra? I only know leveling up.
And also, does the R only guaranteed kills on 15% hp enemy, does shields prevents it?

I recommend watching my full syndra guide, but you gain splinters from landing two abilities on an enemy (the higher level you are, the more splinters. Starts at 1 tho), killing cannons, and leveling.
Execute should kill if they go below 15% before the shield is applied, otherwise the shield will stop you from taking them below 15%.
