I literally came across your channel today and i've been binge watching ever since and even showed my mom and she thinks you have very beautiful hair. lots of love
More of these and longer versions too, please! I spend A TON of time trying to find videos just like this and am almost always disappointed. It's hard to find good ones, especially ones that don't have a music soundtrack over them and/or that don't just stare at one person (i.e. study with me videos) or an empty room. Your videos are the perfect balance of things that help one focus. Thank you for helping me focus while at home.
I learn ALOT from your bar routine itself! I admire your work and efficiency and the most impressive factor…calmness. I am a captain barista at Flash Coffee Singapore which was based from your home country of Indonesia!
Always stressful working solo at the coffee bar during a rush. I admire your quick movements and efficiency! The cafe I work at has an older demographic, so it's a lot of ballistically hot coffees (the other day a customer requested that their milk be at 90 degrees!) Mostly flat whites, and it ruins the flow and slows me down when they want it extra hot but with "no foam" -_- decaf coffee orders also slow me down! ETA: it’s 90 degrees Celsius
lol i was thinking maybe the 90 degrees was fahrenheit because celsius would be crazy. Converted it to celsius, oh wait that's not correct. Damn what a mad lad asking for 90 degrees celsius milk
@@nielscarmans4321 I actually walked up to make sure that I read the docket correctly. He said ‘yeah mate, that’s how hot I want it’, and so I made it reluctantly, and afterwards he came back to me and went ‘mate that was JUST what I wanted’ and I was just like 😳
You're incredible! I just quit my barista job after one day- lol. I couldn't handle all the stress and pressure of the job, plus I'd immediately forgot whose coffee went where and for what customer. I applaud you! Doing what you do for 4+ hours is no small feat.
Aw Phoebe, I’m so sorry that you got all stressed and pressured on the job, hope you’re okay.. Yes, I agree that barista work is not for everyone. But again, with anything, it will get easier overtime.. Thank you for appreciating the work, and stay safe! ✨

Thanks for amazing work technique and consistency great sister.
I'm out of the industry for a year and a half now. I do miss it sometimes! Working with a great fun team during a rush was so much fun! You're using Synesso Hydra! Nice! Only used it a little bit but I loved using Synessos even the older models! And you're using Dark Horse! Ha! I was an amateur then but we stopped using it cus none of us liked it and none of us had the skills to make it work back then. haha happy to give it another try next time if I've changed my mind. xD Switched to Crompton Road and everyone loved it. Hope to visit this place once lockdown is lifted! I have family & friends living in Southbank! Keep the vids coming! Brings back alot of memories especially the vid on closing the bar. haha
Hi Laura, hope you're coping well with our new reality. As a fellow barista on the mid north coast it's crazy to keep hospitality alive, with the lockdowns still in place near and far it's amazing how much we rely on tourist travel. How are things down in Melbourne? I love your work place and admire your expertise, I hope to one day visit Melbourne and dine at your beautiful work place! Stay safe 😊 and keep the videos coming , love them!
Hi Renee, Hope you’re well too! It’s quite a bit harsh in here, these ‘snap’ lockdowns are doing no good for anyone in here.. But I’m just grateful to be alive at this point.. Can’t wait till the day that this will be all over, honestly. Thank you for watching by the way, and Stay safe ☺️

Hey! From one Barista to another Queensland represent, loving your videos!!! I'm inspired :) curious as to how you blur the faces out? Is it an app? ♥ ♥ ☺
I manually blurred and track the face frame by frame, which I do not recommend at all to be honest, it’s tiring af and a waste of time, hahah.. RUclips does have a face blur feature on the app, it does the job but not 100% precise.. Sometimes it won’t track the face and miss for a split second, but you can try that to start with, it might work if the face is clear and not moving too much :)
@@laurangelia i see i see! That does sound a little tiring haha. Yeah I'll try the RUclips studio app then and if not i know there's apps where you can just put emoji over people's faces! Hehe that will be cute. Thanks so much for your tips! You've inspired me to film my work place, i work at two coffee shops and it's interesting to see that people love watching baristas at work! So much more goes into coffee then people think hey! Thanks so much love your work hehe. ♥
great vlog!! im trying to up my YT channel game as well, your video all looks great!! wana ask if you did this all by yourself? or you actully have a team behind this?
Hmm.. I never count how long I do it, because I get distracted very easily.. But I could do 1 video in one day, haha.. Might be very exhausting though.. I usually would divide my editing into 3 days: one day I’ll do only rough cuts, next day I’ll do only subtitles, and last day I’ll do backsound, intro, outro & thumbnail.. So that I won’t burnt out
It will be tough doing it yourself, but if you push through it, it’ll get better, easier & quicker! I used to hate editing so much, but now I found it easier because I’ve been doing so much of it :)
I miss being a barista, but than at times I am glad I left the industry. The atmosphere was very toxic, but I didn't leave at first because it was near the mountains, and I love looking at the mountains. Despite being 30 now, maybe I'll go back one of these days.
Making coffee by yourself is tough enough but then you have to take orders and ring people up. Cleaning up takes a back seat until all the customers are served or your coworkers appear. Don’t ask me how I know.
Curious. Isn't it winter in Melbourne? Everyone seems to be dressed in summery clothes lol. I see my Australian coworkers wrapped up in blankets during video calls.
She probably recorded it during another time and she just got around to uploading it. Her past videos are the same, she added a caption saying she has a backlog of videos she’s recorded but hasn’t come around to upload them yet

I feel so stressed and tensed up watching this!
You just got to hate the people that order stuff and then just walk out and them not even having the slightest clue it's already ready.
