Keep up the great work! I think if Justin Jefferson falls in your lap you take him 100/100 times. When he came back from injury last year he had nick mullens and Josh dobbs throwing him the ball and still averaged 18-20 ppg. I think darnold/mccarthy will do the same for him
As someone who still plays standard non ppr leagues, I appreciate your channel because of how you break down the players and their stats. While it’s still a ppr channel (like almost every other one), I can at least extrapolate your info for my needs, so thanks for the break downs 👍
Agreed! I’m in 3 different leagues with 3 different sets of league rules/set ups… I like being able to see who you’d rather have regardless of position.
When evaluating the situation of Gibbs, Bijan, and Hall, it's essential to consider the factors that contribute to a running back's success. One key aspect is the continuity of the offense, which Gibbs has in his favor. Unlike Bijan and Hall, who will be adapting to new stylistic offenses this season, Gibbs will be operating within a familiar system. This continuity is crucial, as it allows him to build upon his existing chemistry with the team and coaching staff. Furthermore, Gibbs has the advantage of being in a situation where the staff has explicitly expressed their admiration for him. As Holmes himself stated, they would have taken Gibbs over Bijan, demonstrating their confidence in his abilities. This level of staff endorsement can lead to increased opportunities and a more prominent role in the offense. Additionally, it's worth noting that year two running backs tend to see a significant improvement of 42% on average. Given Gibbs' solid foundation and the staff's belief in him, he's well-positioned to capitalize on this trend. In contrast, Bijan and Hall face uncertainties with their new offenses and coaching changes. While Hall's reunion with Rodgers is a positive factor, it's still an unknown how their dynamic will impact his production. Bijan, on the other hand, must adapt to a new coaching style, which could lead to an adjustment period. Were speculating, but im convicted here. Gibbs' situation offers the most stability and continuity, making him the most appealing choice among the three running backs. His staff-endorsed role, combined with the potential for year-two growth, positions him for success in the upcoming season.
Hey Sal.....I believe in everything you do regarding FF. However, half my leagues are PPR and the other half are STD. For draft purposes, will these tiers and rankings stick regardless?
The Nico hype is polarizing. Not sure how to feel. His efficiency was elite last year and his role as the primary X is solidified. But that target share will be hard to fight against.
@@McCoySheisty11 A lot of mouths to feed now in Hou, plus the addition of a diva WR that will cry if he doesn't get alpha targets. This one will be interesting, but the texans are gonna have to throw up 50 a game to support all their high adp WR's and RB, which i don't see happening. Some or a few are gonna disappoint and will likely be a KC WR situation, where one will go off every week but it will be whack-a-mole with who it is and frustrating for all these players owners.
Always good content. Have done 2 qb leagues for 25 years. 6pt pass td, .5 ppr. I would be interested in a mock draft of yours with those key points if you ever have time and feel it would be valuable.
So in a keeper league, puka, kupp, waddle or josh jacobs? I'm leaning puka. My commissioner had hill and I think he's implemented this only so he can have hill again... collusion

London a little too high. Kupp is too low. Pittman too high. Collins too low. Kirk is being slept on most places but too high here. I’ll take deebo over Aiyuk. He was better last year for fantasy even with missing time and doesn’t have the trade talk
I find it crazy that Gibbs isn't in same tier as Bijan and Hall when he is easily on a top 1-3 offense and the best O line in the league. He is one of the most dynamic backs in the league. Next year he will be talked about how he should have been a top 3 redraft pick. He's also on a offense where the qb isn't a running qb where Richardson and Hurts is which limits Saquon and Taylor upside. Give me gibbs easily in the top 3 picks. He has so many attributes and opportunities to be a legendary running back this year.
While Im a fan of Gibbs I dont believe he will have "legendary upside" unless Montgomery gets injured. To finish as the fantasy rb 1, which is the definition of legendary upside, he will need the entire backfield minus breather reps.
@smokeybandit7613 I think you're underestimating the amount of points the offense will put up, and Gibbs will be schemed into the offense with both running and passing plays. Just the sheer opportunity + offense + no mobile qb + best o line. This is a no brainer. It's almost too easy of a choice and all the experts in the field seem to be over looking this.
@@JTthr3ehe gon split the backfield with monty so ion really see how he gets the volume that breece or bijan will. Breece had the most receiving yards out of all rbs last year with like 70 receptions, and had almost 1k rushing even though jets oline was bottom 3-5 without AVT, but now will be at the very least good in run blocking this year, and bijan is the best rb prospect we have seen in forever. I like gibbs as like the rb5 at the end of the first but his upside and floor are lower than the top three guys

Lol what??? Several of the league’s worst QBs. Name 1 player Mariota or Ridder, has made fantasy relevant? Since 2018, Cousins #1 receiver has averaged 107 catches per season (Theilen, Diggs, and Jefferson)
Collins is better than several of these receivers that you have ahead of him. Also stop with the Jalen Hurts hype… He’s one of the worst throwers in the league

In a keepers league and got him for $8. Hes a steal for me with upside. Hes purely circumstantial.
London ahead of Wilson?? No way

Noice, good video at a good time of the year!
Chargers don't have a player in the top 50? what would be the 1st player targeted from the Charges offense? Herbert, Palmer?
Took AmonRa over JJ with the seventh pick n my Yahoo draft, hopefully I made correct decision but can definitely see JJ getting a 35% target share.
Thanks Sal!
nicely done..Barkley is end of 1st or early 2nd PPR - redraft
