This is a colloquial dialect of one of the Arab countries called Lebanon and every Arab country has a colloquial congregation that other Arabs do not understand, but we gathered the mother Arabic language. As for dialects, they are branches of the language and it is a mixture between many words inside and outside the mother tongue
