Jack Grealish hit with big fine after being caught speeding

Manchester City star Jack Grealish has been fined by a court after he admitted speeding in his £100,000 Range Rover.
The Birmingham-born midfielder was clocked by a mobile camera driving the car at 44mph in a 30mph zone in Wythall in Worcestershire last July.
The England player did not appear at Worcester Magistrates' Court but his barrister entered a guilty plea on his behalf.
Barrister John Dye also said he had been 'instructed to apologise' by Grealish.
He had also been facing a charge of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver but prosecutors asked for the charge to be dropped after his guilty plea to the speeding offence.
JPs fined the 28-year-old £666 and handed him five penalty points.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £110 and a victim surcharge of £266 leaving him with a total fine of £1,042.
In 2020, Grealish was banned from driving for nine months and given an £82,499 fine for two counts of careless driving.
The first offence occurred during the UK national Covid lockdown.
He crashed his car just a day after posting a video on social media asking for people to stay at home to protect the NHS during the pandemic.
