The results are pretty good. I've pushed each battery to its limits and all four successfully passed my tests.

No, you can't use any Li-ion battery charger for the batteries as it will damage them. There's a link in pinned comment and description about all XTAR compatible chargers with 1.5V Li-ion AAA/AA to choose according your needs.
