My son went to Solomon Shechter Day School in NJ until 2nd grade when Mrs. Dena Horn was principal. We attended Summit Jewish Community Center during this time, where her husband Rabbi Horn.was the Rabbi. However we went on to become Orthodox (and never looked back)

I was a New York City Police Officer in Crown Heights from 1972 to 1984. I met many wonderful people but I will never forget the times that it was my privilege to watch over the Rebbe from time to time. In the book Tishre in Lubavitch on page 104 is a picture of me in uniform receiving wine from the Rebbe. I treasure a copy of this picture which I have in my home. Eugene Getlin, NYPD Retired.
