I’ve never had a no bake cheesecake before so I don’t know if I’m the best person to ask, but from the research I’ve done it seems baked cheese cake is more dense, smooth and velvety where as a no bake cheesecake is light and airy. As far as taste baked cheesecakes are much more rich and flavorful compared to a non baked cheesecake. I would personally recommend a baked cheesecake if your trying to choose between the two. I’m not sure if you’ve ever made one before but it’s really not hard it just takes awhile because of the cooking time and the time it has to sit in the fridge but it’s totally worth it! (And it seems more people enjoy baked cheesecakes than non baked cheesecakes but it’s really up to your personal preference!) hope i helped in someway! 😁❤️
