Today begins the story arc of Boom Boom Billy, the Backyard's newest arms dealer! We build a Minecraft 1.20 Gunpowder farm for the server and start to provide rockets and TNT for the Backyardians. In addition to the Gunpowder farm, @DrawnbyCC gives us a much-needed tutorial on maps and banners. Thank you, CC! Finally, we have the grand opening of Boom Boom Billy's Explosive Emporium. The one stop shop for all your rocket, TNT, and Gunpowder needs in the Backyard (The best new Minecraft Server)!

Shaders: Complementary Shaders - Reimagined
We use only one mod for this server, terralith, which changes the biomes and adds a few structures but does not change anything fundamentally about the game. Everything else is client side fabric mods!

Those natural spawn farms are good but other players on the server will affect the rates as well due to the mob spawn limit.
Very good point! I’ve definitely run into some issues with that, but it’s providing what we need. We’re trying to not become too OP too quick.
