Welcome to episode ELEVEN of the Xtreme Onechunk Ironman: Canifis Edition. I'll be 100% honest I am maxed and have done skull ball for elite steps and still never knew directly to my left was entire agility course, I thought the ball shit was the course lol

36:20 it was a thing in dunelord that the goblin near the north end of the desert had been giving the wrong low level goblin drop table, so its enitrely possible you could do the same as xrakine and message mod ash to fix it in the next update
Hey Fray, a wildy only ironman/uim figured out that only one of those skeletons actually drops the bronze bar despite wiki leading you to believe they all do.
The madman went and did it. Way to find an in with Forestry Pt. II and dive face first. Loving the weekly uploads, your creative approach to the Xtreme Onechunk format really does make these weekly videos a highlight each time. Looking forward to how the series develops with time even if weekly isn't sustainable. Happy grinding!
The chunks I'm in really allow for it with the diverse grinds but I'm hopeful I can keep it up!
@@FrayRS You can get a bronze pickaxe from a swamp crab thats in your chunk by port phasmatys, you can mine tin and copper in the varrock mine you unlocked, bank at varrock east, You can smelt it in port phastmatys, smith at horvicks or the house south of varrock east bank. You could've used the agility short cut in the alkharid mine after you got 20 smithing doing this method to get a silver bar aswell. You can also get iron, coal, mithril, adamantite from the section of the alkharid mine you have unlocked. which will suck to mine with a bronze pickaxe but you can train smithing now :)
I don't know how you pump these out so fast, but I love relaxed long form OSRS videos when I'm going to sleep. Love to see it.

@@ryanbehling4848yeah... the pickaxe drop rate is only like 1/11 as well. It's completely ridiculous to get 99 smithing by mining copper/tin with a bronze pickaxe, but it's called XTREME ONE CHUNK not mildly inconvenient one chunk

Hey Frey, one thing, if you get a new Weapon.
Don't gamble it on Rev, keep using cheap weapons.
You will need those weapons for God Wars Dungeon, Corp and Wildy Bosses.
These are chunks that you should be getting pretty early.

When you are hopping from pkers or to kill npcs, you can press ctrl + shift + arrow (left, right) to hop to the next world if you have the world hopper plugin on.
Might help you when escaping pkers and not clicking away from map etc.

I don't know if you're still training but i believe they made blighted items work in pvp so if you have extras from revs, could take them to the werewolf course in pvp worlds so you could have more food, if it does work hopefully not too many pkers

For the future: You don't have to walk all the way from Varrock to Port Phasmatys to smelt a single bronze bar. Just use superheat :)

Skeletons are so wonky. Here's my pet theory: there are two skeletons with different IDs, some worlds have one ID, some have the other in that spawn location. (Is that even possible?) One drops bronze bars at 1/25 the other doesn't drop them at all. Best I could come up with 🤷♂️
25:23 definitely knew that tree was there - Link and Rargh did a tileman pvp series a bit ago, and one of them made use of that specific oak tree in their main training loop for gathering xp for tiles. Pretty sure it's been there actually forever, but there's just usually not a reason to take note of it.

Hey, so, idk if you're aware of this but mobile does actually have a loot tracker built in. I didn't know about it until recently, but if you enable the popout panel in settings there is a loot tracker on there. It should be on already too, which means it should've tracked what you've done. If you did know about this, sorry for the extraneous information :)

I give the Tom Skinner impression a 6/10. Convincing Essex accent, good extension on the "nervoussss" but failed to stick the landing, missed the key "d'ya know what I mean" in there to really sell it.

i love the series so far morytania is my favorite parts of the map and ive been into the whole of the rs lore lately. the myrque quests are cool and ive never set foot in darkmeyer in my 12 years of rs and i hope too soon.
For future reference the skeletons wearing the helm with the red in it are the ones that drop the bronze bars, believe there's two of them in that area.
The next tier you create should be equal to your total level so you can give yourself a raise with these grinds!

i have in fact seen that oak tree, in fact i have seen it for many hours on my own 1 chunk working towards yew logs. I sat there for 2 hours recently and got 0 forestry events so i moved to the ones above the palace and got 3-4 in the same time. i have also been doing a similar smithing grind, except i need to get all the way to 54 smithing or something for a lantern with just bronze bar drops from skeletons and steel bar drops from moss giants, i backlogged 99% smithing cause bryophyta has a rune bar drop and im not doing that shit lolol.
edit: i saw you go dry for a bit on bronze bars, is the same for me, i was 1/2 the drop rate for the first 1.5k and it is slowly averaging back out to closer to the drop rate

I’d give the impression a solid 6 to a light 7. In the original clip near the end, the man uses his false chords, which give his voice that gravelly/gurgly quality. Incorporating that technique into your impression could easily bump it 2 points and perfecting the rhythm could bring it to a 10

It’s that some monsters like the wildly skeletons have dropped tables from early and classic rs where tables were made, a little more intimately and treated sort of as individuals at times by the devs probably to increase player interactivity. You get some monsters having drops that others don’t from the same class because somethings were overlooked and ported over to the new engine.
This series sure does involve a lot of performing strange activities to get metal bars.

Hey Fray, nice videos. I've got a suggestion for you regarding food at werewolf agility course. You can buy pineapples from trader ship in port phasmatys, you get 4 pineapple slices per pineapple and they heal 2 each. Pineapples weigh almost nothing so you won't lose as much run energy on the course, this is what I have used at brim agility arena. Good luck on your grinds!

Looks like there's multiple checks on the teeth grip, possibly 4, where each check gives you 20 xp in addition to a base 120 xp from the obstacle. So, your first fail you got hit a 5 and got 180 xp, the second fail you got hit a 27 and got 140 xp. It's also possible that the damage taken scales with the distance along the obstacle, with damage ranges decreasing after each check as you get closer to the ground (though this has been written with only 2 data points so could be entirely coincidental).
