I'll always have so much respect for Spencer for going for those high notes no matter what. He sounded godly in this show. I feel so lucky to have witnessed this live.
Marigold was hilarious 😂 thats not even one of my favorites but the whole band was goofing off on this song, and you cant see it here really hut Matt, Misha, and Mrak were cracking up towards the end when Matt randomly started playing thrash metal 😂😂😂 That was the part of the show i wish i recorded
I think Spencer was definitely running on mostly guesswork and natural talent earlier on, which is amazing. He was barely even much of a singer when they took him on right before retracking P1, but Misha saw the vision in his talent and ear. I think the 4-5 years he's been a lot more intentional and improving on his technique a lot, which is why he can even hit the notes in Satellites at the end of a concert if his voice is up for it that day, super impressive.
