Not sure if it came up during the stream but the fish filets need to cook longer. They turn white and then give more stats when eaten. This is a great game for you two streaming. Really enjoy it.

I love this game! I have over 2300 hrs in this game and once you master day one this is a lot of fun. Food is the key to this one as it allows you run and the more you run the more loot you get. Make a fishing rod then a bow.

Some trees only have 3 logs, some have 4 and the big big trees give 6 and a grub. Save the grubs for tackle or for emergency protein if you're in a pinch.
