It's a song he wrote for his unreleased Chicago Songs project called "Riverview", you can find full band Zwan versions on youtube and I know there are some bootlegs from a one off solo acoustic show he did and then one from a FutureEmbrace acoustic show he did too, which you can find on archive.org.
