There are a lot of variables there. At about 50 sites when we bought. My wife and I did pretty much everything. Money was tight and we worked everyday. Now, we have some employees. We talked to a lawn care company once but they didn't want the liability of mowing near so many campers.

Do you find workampers to be enough or is there a need to supplement with contractors? Regular cleaners or lawn care crews for example.
