We recently sold and left our SWFL coastal home after Ian....I think we are seeing the beginning of the end of these beachfront communities along the coast line and low elevation areas....Sadly, it will only get worse as time goes on! Its the "Inconvenient Truth" !
I did the same after Ian tripled my money. My same community now they can’t give them away. Insurance up 40% condo fees tripled. After Ian I saw all the ppl in tents at Home Depot and Walmart who lost everything. We helped out donated but that was it for me. God bless to all involved!!🇺🇸🇺🇸

When they say 12 feet of storm surge I'm expected in fort Myers do they mean directly on the beach. How far inland does that 12 foot storm surge travel. Good luck man

All that salt water is not good for your Jeep. When this is over wash the undersides or in a few years you won't have a Jeep anymore.
