@touringandtrails It really was a nice one. Peaceful and quiet. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the beach, but next time for sure! South Dakota is amazing!!!! Such nice people. Now if I could just convince them to put a vegetable on a menu... 😂😂😂
@@skywaystohighways love the vegetable comment! So true. My wife is always eating a second dinner when she gets back home. Haha😂 I really enjoyed taking a peek at that TC teardrop as well. We are in the process of picking a paint color for our trailer. It should be an easy decision, but it’s not.
Hey there @PlayingwithSticks Thanks for checking out our video! Right?!?! It’s always so weird, how difficult it is to just enjoy an unadulterated vegetable these days! 😀 That trailer was pretty sweet, wasn’t it? Congrats on the new trailer! Which did you go with? What color?
Jake's camper is awesome! I got a few ideas. Curious though. In the rain, I notice your potty tent has no "roof". That would be a deal breaker for my wife... This winter I have a overhaul to do list. Also, what kind of stablizers are you running? And are they enough? We have the pop down things in the back and the jack stand which isn't enough.... so I've been using stack jacks up front. They just take so long to set up and I'm not crazy about the drop down thingies in the back . Thinking about running 4 scissor jacks - 1 in each corner. Should speed things up quite a bit and hopefully work a little better.
Hi Gary here. No worries the new Shower rooms do come with a roof. 23 zero and the Darche now have a cover. Maybe others too. We have had not problems with the stock stabilizers. They work fine for us. Thanks for watching.
Did you guys say Devils Tower? Rainy days are good for movies! Why didn't you deploy the awning....can't it be unfurled and not put up the poles? Mount Rushmore is definitely a place to check out. Glad you made it there.
@scottgorman7166 Yep! Close Encounters Country! We had planned to, but we knew we’d be leaving in the rain. Just wanted to avoid getting soaked and putting the awning away while it was wet. Over time, it degrades the seams and you may end up with leaks. Mt. Rushmore was a good stop on a rainy day! Thanks for watching!
Nice campground. Jake has a nice teardrop. I can't get enough of South Dakota.
