    Also, for the Pomodoro technique, what are you supposed to do in the 5 min break?

      Cal Newport and others have said that your pomo break needs to be an actual break, in a cognitive sense. if it motivates you to do something besides your primary task, it's not a good break.
      I personally struggle with this. ✌️ I think probably pouring yourself a cup of coffee/tea/water and stepping outside and doing some box breathing and high quality blank staring (dont be creepy) would be a good way to spend your 5 min break.

    Your content is great, just one thing: your intonation has an upward inflection at the end of each sentence and it’s a little bit distracting. But I am very happy to have found your videos!

      This is very normal in the Australian accent. If you find it distracting, maybe you need to work on your focus 😜

      Sounds more like voice frying, I also used to find it distracting as I need to concentrate more to understand (english is not my first language) but I am getting used to it!
