How do you make your cakes so thick. When I make a cake it falls apart when I pick it up
Leave the cake to cool down in the pan for 1 hour. Then chill it in the fridge for at least 30 mins. That should help to firm the cake.

#fanlovefeb I think I should be chosen to because I've always baked with my grandmother. Baking with her was the best part of my week. But now she has bad back and is not really to much in the spirit to bake anymore. Watching your videos give me the same feeling I use to get when backing with my grandmother. The crazy cakes we use to make. I miss it but u fill that spot. My grandmother just started baking again because I showed her your videos. She even started to use simple syrup even if u don't pick me thank u for everything 😊
