Glad the steps paid off there is bigger much bigger there sometimes you need a really manky mackerel because the lobster fisherman put pots not far away and the huss get attracted to the pot baits and a rough mackerel even a salted one can be the killer bait tight lines Paul

I don't think you realise how much confidence you give people to go out and try things but most importantly start off on the right foot, I am sure a lot of people new to fishing just thought fishing was about putting a worm on a hook and chucking it in the sea. If someone wanted to learn about how to sea fish from the shore I would say watch The Bassman and wingman on youtube and you will have a better picture of what you need to be trying and to target certain species cus you cant catch a huss on a ragworm, atleast I dont think you can🤣🤣🤣 Keep up the work, and sorry to say but wingman and Frank spencer are my favs🤣🤣🤣

I’ve just moved to Dartmouth and I’ve fished a few spots and keep blanking other than whiting off the harbour wall! Been off castle point on the concrete slab, lost 3 rigs in 30min thought I should be casting well over the rocks but guess not, went Blackpool on the rag and squid for hours nothing. Can you recommend where best to get lug and any other advise would be greatly appreciated. Great videos, hope to bump into you asap 👍🏻

Yes dude I am surprised that you are surprised that folks don’t mind the blanks. Those of us who have been in the game for as long as we have know that blanks are part of the process. The vids showing fish after fish in every video are unrealistic and can easily give newer anglers the wrong impression and in fact really undermine confidence. The best of us have those nightmare sessions we all know about; blanks, tackle failures, forgotten gear, blanks, bait let downs, blanks, shit weather oh and did I mention blanks? Great stuff lads.
