I don’t understand the logic behind 3 injections
Sir, Doctor has recommended selective nerve root block injection for my sciatica pain from disc bulge L4-5, L5-S1. I am now thinking for undergoing this injection from any reputed hospital. It is a xray guided inj. I am a kidney transplanted patient and my nephro doc has granted permission. Many doubts have been cleared from ur video but wish to hear about this inj. For sciatica only. Sir, took Tricort 40 injection at thumb base for de quervain's. Very less relief in pain. So took Ultrasound therapy on wrist after 20 days of injection. After few days skin became slight red due to heating by this. After 10-12 days of Ultrasound therapy skin lightening is seen near injection site. Please suggest me to get my skin color back. Please sir. Wrist pain is still ther with slight relief.
No one therapy for skin colour.. it may slowly return towards normal… for the pain it needs an assessment to find out the cause..

Sir mujhe L4-L5 me electric current jaisa pain hota hai. In fact I fainted yesterday due to the pain. Recent MRI me degenerated disc and nerve pinch ho rha hai.
Physiotherapy bhi Kar rha hi but forward bend hote hi excruciating pain trigger ho rha hai and I am having pain killers and nerve pain meds right now.
Also, frequently calf pain bhi hota hai possibly due to this(not sure)
