Hint if you buy aftermarket before installing have them cleared by pro painter they will last much longer. Of course cheaper are going to be light paint and clear, but a good couple of quality coats of clear can make it look good for yrs.
Just purchased a set for a 1998 Blackbird restoration project @ $765 no tank cover, upgraded clear coat, bolt kit, and graphics upgrade. However, it will take about 45 days to receive them in the mail!
The high impact area from bugs is disappointing to be peeling after only 4k miles. The oem nose cowl fairing on my 2016 zx6r had 22k miles on it and paint looked great on it before I sold it. I would wash/wax with blue coral regularly like once a month. Guess oem truly is not replicable.
Fairings I ordered from them came in solid gloss white paint instead of the pearl white paint that I ordered. Emailed them several times and they have completely ignored me. Disappointed with the fairings and their customer service.
Oh shit for real? I just ordered some pearl whites for my gsxr 600. I custom ordered them pearl white with a slight blue flake. I guess we'll see when they come in. I hope I'm not disappointed as well.
You can basically copy the factory fairings "homework" and use the screws from your oem stuff in tandem with a fairing hardware kit from Amazon. Be prepared to drill out holes and wait a while because their kits come from China
I bought fairings from monster and they were stolen off my door step and monster refuses to send me new ones. Im out 600$ now so order at your own risk
That really sucks man but if it was delivered successfully to your doorstep with proof of delivery the company isn’t responsible for it anymore. They have no obligation to send you a new set once delivery is confirmed, and lost in transit is on the shipping company

Good advice!

Ahh seems like it’s cheap only 4k miles and paint chipping and wearing off. Oem fairings are the way to go.
Did the fairings come with screws?
They did not unfortunately I believe the hardware kit is available for more

@@BBBUrMom gotta warn the people lol
Monster are garbage! 500miles and the plastics were breaking apart.
Sorry to hear that man, maybe my friend got a rare good set. The paint definitely faded faster than OEM though
Ive had mine 2 yrs and the bike still looks brand new.
