If anybody is in the market for an airbrush or looking to buy one I have the swallowtail and it is the most amazing airbrush and I have alot of them all from the big boy companys,let me tell you the swallowtail is my number one go to it's sprays easy it cleans easy it is the absolute best and for the price you guys got to jump all over this. Ok... I watched the start of this video three days ago. I didn't finish as I wasn't too interested and something came up. Now I'm watching the results - WOW! I was really surprised at the color differences of some of these colors.
Finally using your paint and just how well they are
Love that Sea foam. Got a Ford Galaxie build coming up. That might be the color for it! Cant wait until my Swallowtail comes in.

I'm going to have to build a spray booth so I can check if I'll be able to use lacquer paint indoors,, I know my vehicle and gundam paint jobs would look so much better and be more durable,great video as always good to see some of your own line in the testing

It's kind of funny to go through the search for Midnight blue, only to find you had a really decent one in your own lineup. Seafoam is one of my favorite colors in your line, though.

Dang, was hoping for different coloured (purple, red etc) primers. That said, I'm guessing you have a video on that! I sometimes wonder how well saturated primers work compared to neutrals that don't have to support intense pigments.

Thanks for a review on how the base can affect the final result. I've found spray paints like the Rustoleum gold mostly ignored the base coat so this is a new world for me.

For awhile now, I’ve been wanting to do something similar. But because of laziness and not having enough colors. I only have 1 Mr. Color primer in white and just a handful of Mr. Color paints -black,red,white,blue,yellow and white. ( but let’s be honest, mostly because I’m a lazy fat bastard.)

Love the channel! With the variety of paints and colors in the Mecha Empire, do you have a color chart somewhere that we can use when looking for paint? The online shops just show the paint in the bottle, which as you've demonstrated here isn't the "over white primer" look that we can reliably use to determine the color. Thanks!

Very informative. Im jealous that some have already received the BR-Swallowtail air brush, mine is 12-12-22 because the combo set. Question: have ever done testing of paint over pre-shaded or pre-shadow. Black primary, with a light coat of white or off white. Purpose is for highlighting. Just wondering. Have a great day.
I am looking for a line of paints that i can use on military tanks and trucks what do you recommend?
I love those lighter greens and golds! Would look great on some classic cars. I think they all looked better over white or black. Grey seemed a little lackluster. Are you using Mr. Leveling Thinner to clean the airbrush too, or something else? I mostly use Acrylics (Tamiya, Testors, and Mission Models) because cleanup is so easy. Peace and love.
I use hardware store lacquer thinner and acetone

hey barbatos im planning on picking up your paint to go along with my first airbrush the swallowtail do you have any mixing tips and thinning tips and do i need to protect my gundam models from this paint if im hand painting your paints do they make the plastic brittle?
I would always go with a primer when painting Gundam's. Mr Surfacer is good. For thinning use Mr Leveling Thinner 7 parts paint to 3 parts thinner
