The concern is for the neighborhood. DPD frequently calls off chases at high speed because they simply don’t want pedestrians killed etc. sometimes it’s not worth it. They have the vehicle information pull the tags let the next jurisdiction know they’re wanted for x have them get a warrant call it a day. I’m not siding with his actions but I can sympathize with their response.
