HANDS DOWN🙌🏾Just as the previous episodes, I thoroughly ENJOYED this episode. This one however, really gave me better insight on coaching culture as a player-coach. Understanding what qualities to observe during recruiting and growing our game as women. I can't say this enough, Dawn possesses impeccable knowledge that I'm grateful she willingly shares. Her players are unselfish just as she is unselfish. Look at what Dawn did to empower other African-American Women coaching NCAA, it was an act selflessness, empowerment & paying it forward. I really enjoyed listening to Dawn and Muffet, this conversation was SO NEEDED! Additionally, I truly agree with Dawn concerning 2020 starting Covid year, South Carolina would have/should have definitely sealed the deal against Oregon U. The numbers don't lie! SC was on an All-Time High winning streak and the chemistry was RELENTLESS! SC would have been 2020 National Champs for certain. The stats don't lie and neither does consistency. 💯

Parity in WCBB actually made me more inclined to watch. It’s a big annoyance only hearing about UConn whether they win or lose. They haven’t won a championship in 6 years but yet they get all the coverage even after losing most times. Like Muffet said, their players get severely overrated too. ESPN especially has to do better in diversifying their WCBB commentary crews, the majority of them are UConn grads/former players.
She is an incredible ambassador to everything she is about and everything she represents. I love Dawn Staley. Us Gamecocks are so lucky to have this woman be a part of our State and University.
Wow, I got to sit here and listen to two of my favorite Coaches! Muffet is my all-time favorite! I am from South Bend, In so I may be a little Bias, and Skylar Diggins is my Cousin with Muffet, but that's O'k she's my girl, and Dawn Staley is one of my favorites as well. Both of these Women have given so much to the Women's game, and they are to be highly commended for it. The Women's game will continue to grow when you have Women like these two and others like them supporting it, promoting it, and being involved in it. Thanks, Ladies, what a great job! Good Podcast! Go, Notre Dame, go USC!

It’s hard to fight a bias when that program is still so successful. I watch all of the basketball but who’s always in the final four is UConn.
