We moved in 3 months after this video. We completed the inside first and when we moved in we did the outside. We didn’t have beds ar the time, just mattresses on the floor, but every one was so happy lol.

A lot of people either buy shells (incomplete) which I think the dad did. The cost varies depending on the material used and other factors - I feel it’s kinda private (cost) - we don’t need to know everything especially as it’s a huge family etc.
